Horrible. “Setting the standard” for lazy tow yard. How do you not have someone at the facility at least 8-5pm? I called and was told to come here before 5 pm so I could get very important documents needed for court out of my car. Got there and no one is there. Was told will be an hour before someone could get there. I’m going to miss court now because of this.
Pro-Tow was a lifesaver yesterday. We needed a shipping container lifted into a trailer and I called several wrecker services locally. Everyone else wanted an exorbitant amount of money for a relatively simple lift. Pro-Tow dispatcher Karen quickly provide me a very reasonable rate and had a driver (John) out within two hours of calling. John was professional and efficient and we had the job done within 20 min start to finish. I will definitely be using Pro-Tow again.
My car was totaled in a car accident and a couple of days after the fact, I needed it to be towed to the repair company. Geico roadside assistance sent Carter from Pro-Tow Wrecker service.
He called me to let me know that he was on his way to pick up the car, but I was at home, a few miles away from the car. He offered to pick up the keys and then did me a favor and sent me photos of the car inside/outside.
-The nicest person you could ever deal with!!! I very much appreciated him going above and beyond the call of duty. He gets an 11 out of 10!! He is the kind of quality person to make any business great!!!
These guys were awesome! I had a forklift that I needed moved on short notice. Within 2 hours I had my forklift where I needed it. Jeff was my driver and he was great. He went the extra mile to let me know he noticed a small leak that I might want to get looked at. I will definitely use Pro Tow again!
Had a accident and needed assistance with towing my car away. Carter was able to assist me in a timely, convenient and friendly manner. Took the stress of my day away.
We were in a bind in Flower Mound in a left turn lane. I called a tow service that said was in Flower Mound. 20 minutes later, the police came and said they had to call a truck since we were in a turn lane. Mason showed about 15 minutes later. I called the other company and he said he was still 10 minutes out. Definitely fast service and Mason was very friendly.
Unacceptable! Called to double check the price for my car and to make sure someone was there for me to pick it up. I was notified that “we are open 24hrs” so okay, I’m on my way. Traveled 22 miles here to get my car and no one was there. Called again and was told that they will contact a driver to come and was literally hung up on while speaking. I really don’t understand why people in the customer service industry don’t treat people with respect. Terrible company all around
Austin Siegfried made this process so transparent and easy! He is amazing! He actually picked up my car and told me all about it and what a lovely tow yard!!! I’m just saying… if you have to go through the hassle of having to pick up your wrecked vehicle…. This is the best place to go! Thank you to Austin from ProTow Wrecker Service!!!
Called, spoke to someone, gave card information, and was told "an hour and a half" called back to get the status on that almost 2 hours later and basically got a "we have no order for you and none of us remember talking to you, anyways best we can do for you is another hour and a half".
Use another tow service, just like I am.
Carter and his team provided the best service and really made me feel that they truly cared about my well-being. Exceptional and prompt service! I highly recommend Pro-Tow!
I don’t offer reviews very often but I felt I needed to on this occasion. Starting with the quality of the office staff scheduling me in, to the professionalism of Carter Andrews and his knowledge taking care of me and my vehicle. I am thoroughly please with the quality of service.
Great facility! Nicest looking tow company around. I met the new staff there and the drivers they ae very friendly and seem very exited and eager about the future. I will defiantly be using them for towing in the future.
