Called my auto insurance provider for roadside assistance with a blowout on a 31ft bumper pull camper, and this company is who was sent. Would NEVER use them again. Towing service was told camper needed to be TOWED about 10 miles to a tire show because we didn't have the spline tool to remove the security lug nut. After accepting the tow job, they showed up, realized they couldn't remove the security luggage nut either, but also didn't OWN the necessary equipment to actually TOW the camper properly. Their solution was to chain up the axle, & use their truck to connect to the camper & pull it there. Once the driver FINALLY got it chained up & connected, the driver started to leave. BUT...he had ZERO taillights on the camper (it was about 10 pm at this point). I pointed this out to him, and he grabbed a wireless set, but they were magnetic & couldn't be connected to the camper. So he made the decision to drive off with no working tail lights. He then proceeded to get onto I35 south, & drove 10-15 MPH (WITH NO TAIL LIGHTS) for the ten mile drive to the tire shop. If I hadn't been following him, & turned on my emergency flashers, he would have been rear ended NUMEROUS times because no one would have been able to see him until it was too late. You don't drive on an interstate with a 70+ MPH at 10-15 MPH with no working tail lights unless you are an idiot.

I would give zero stars if I could. They towed my vehicle illegally without my authorization or verification of ID to prove ownership of the vehicle. A family member called and inquired about towing services for me and they went to the location and took my vehicle and towed it without the proper authorization from me, the registered owner of the vehicle. Which if you know the law, a 3rd party cannot request a tow of your vehicle without consent from the registered owner. That makes it an unlawful tow, because the owner of the property where it was towed from did not authorize a tow either. They then told my mother in law they would impound my vehicle at their impound if they did not get paid their fee. Complete crooks and shady, unprofessional business. I have already filed my complaint with the TDLR and look forward to filing a hearing at the justice of the peace under the Texas Occupational Code which I have 14 days to do so. DO not use them!

The best in their field. They responded to my call promptly, the driver arrived on time, and his work seemed very quick and precise. His name is Mo. I highly recommend him.

Adolfo is my hero of the day. My car wouldn’t start in my garage and he came and patiently helped figure out what was wrong and towed it for me so the kids and I would not be in traffic with an iffy car. I’m so thankful for his patience with me.

He was very nice when picking up my vehicle. He showed my little boy how everything works and he loved it. 5/5!

Eta at 6:30 was 45 minutes. At 7:28 and hour later the eta is updated to an additional 28 minutes so around 8pm. At 8:11 the driver messaged us 20 minutes. 8:32 the eta added another 20 minutes. I message him and he finally arrive around 8:50, and hour and 22 min after the original eta making a total wait of 2 hours and 20 min. The driver gets there, doesn't say a word until hes got the vehicle ready to go and then just confirms the drop off location. Very unprofessional.

Adolfo was very polite! He called with an ETA, arrived right on time! We requested to be notified once our vehicle arrived to its destination, not only did he text us but sent a photo! Highly recommend

Very disappointed and frustrated with their service. The tow truck driver ran out of gas while driving in the middle of an intersection near the freeway and left me by myself stranded in a sketchy area in near downtown Dallas. The driver then started walking to the nearest gas station, and I was left alone for almost more than 30 mins in the truck with no a/c in summer weather. While being stranded, I tried to contact a supervisor, but the representative said they would have them call me but never did. I would be very cautious when requesting their services. I am also still waiting to hear from the alleged supervisor.

Ben was so fast, polite and thoughtful! We had to make a last minute change to the tow destination and he helped without complaint. My family is so grateful for all his communication and kindness!

I had a great experience with Zaid! After contacting Triple AAA, he was the technician that came out to help, and he was great! He identified what was wrong with the car, as well as, showed me a few tricks on how to maneuver a situation like this and towed it back to my apartment complex. He also arrived way earlier than expected! All round great job and would definitely recommend his services!

The person I spoke to when I first called for a tow was nice and the tow truck driver was friendly and great to work with. However, the dispatcher quoted us 40 minutes on when a tower would arrive. And it was 2 and a half hours before someone arrived. Waiting this long really soured what could have been one of my best towing experiences. But, due to this incredibly long wait in the cold I won’t be using their services any time soon. Hopefully they can improve on this though, as the other two people I worked with made good impressions on me.

The driver arrived and promptly loaded my vehicle. I needed a wheel lift and dollies. The driver was very professional and knew what he was doing. He towed vehicle to dealer and called me after to let me know the tow was completed and informed me who had the car keys. I was very appreciative that he did call me after. That gave the reassurance that my car made it safely to the tow destination.

Amazing service! I had accidentally driven my car over a parking curb and was stuck on an incline. Ahmad was so meticulous about how the car should be moved. He checked and rechecked everything he did. Ultimately, he got the car moved with no damage. I can’t begin to give him enough praise on how this was handled. Highly recommend!!

This was by far the best tow service I've ever experienced. I've hed quite a few bed stories regarding towing services; from taking 2-3 hours of wait time, to getting canceled for no aperant reason without letting me know, after waiting for a long time. OnCall Towing Services gave me an estimated time of arrival, and ended getting there real early. It was a nice surprise to say the least! Nuri, the driver was very professional, he took real good care of my car with the loading and unloading, even though my car was envolved in a car accident and was being towed to the repair shop. He took all precautions and listened to the instructions given regarding drop off location and space. He wasn't rushing me, he was, calm and cortious. I would definitely be recommending OnCall Towing Services. If I could give them and Nuri a 10 stars review, I wood!!
