I am a disabled veteran who purchased a serpentine belt for my vehicle in June 2025 at the Lancaster store. In October 2025, the belt failed. I attempted to return the item with my receipt, identification, and the part itself. The staff was unhelpful, disregarded my inquiries, and communicated exclusively in Spanish. Ultimately, they refused to replace the belt, stating I could not verify its origin from their store. Following my report of this incident to corporate, they unfortunately contacted an incorrect store location. I subsequently spoke with Mr. Garay, a manager, by phone. He clarified that while his store was not responsible for the initial issue, they would resolve it. Within an hour, the store manager from 2515 S. Marsalis Ave personally delivered the replacement part to my residence, offering an apology. I deeply appreciate Mr. Garay's assistance. This positive resolution has alleviated the need for me to express my dissatisfaction on social media platforms or veteran-specific websites. Well done.

I absolutely love this location. Diamond was so very helpful and what I needed today, plus she put my windshield wipers on in the rain! I received customer service at its finest today, thank you O’Reilly.

Extremely disappointed at Fabian for refusing to change my wife’s battery. Not only did He refused to do his job. He lied and said that he was too busy, and that it takes too much of their time, but he knew a local mechanic that would be able to help. My wife, then had to go to a mechanic only to find out that Fabian sold her the wrong battery, so once again, my wife had to go back, and Fabian was very unprofessional about the whole situation, making jokes trying to make light of the situation after refusing to assist her. If he had done his job correctly from the beginning. None of this would’ve happened. It’s safe to say, I will never be returning to O’Reillys, and I really hope you guys get rid of that idiot and get some competent workers. I recommend avoiding this Location at all costs

Dont go to this one they dont know anything about cars act as if they dont care act could someone help they to me they could go out side for nothing i just walked out they will never get my business aging i been going to oreilly fir years and this will make me stop just sad they both was just there not doing nothing i was the one person in the store i will talk me business to autozone any day ill go out my way for great customers service

Very poor service I call twice the first time they let me on hold for 10 min and the second time I stay un hold for 25 minutes finally I drove all the way to the store (2215 Marsalis dallas tx) and they don't have the part that's why auto zone is my # 1 choice Unfortunately they don't have that part either but At least they let me know right away and they didn't keep me on hold for 25 minutes

The service was great!! I was unaware that the worker's can't go out to diagnose your vehicle because of the area. You have to give them your license and they'll give you the diagnostic scanner. Being disabled, that was sort of difficult for me. That's a first for me, safety first though!!

I just had the best customer service I've ever had at this location. I don't think the employee clocked in yet and he assisted me with the best customer service ever! I didn't get his name but he said he was from Houston. He gets 10 stars from me!!

This place is very unprofessional! I called for a core part and was told they had it in the store. Marco, the assistant manager, said they would hold it for me, but when I get there, less than 20 minutes later, they couldn't find the axle. Never got the axle; they ended up ordering it, but they should have been sure before I got up there looking for my part. Their system was incorrect and the staff are lazy. I spent about 30 minutes in this store trying to get this part and the whole time, the phone rang and no one answered! The two women in the photo are in uniform, but did not assist anyone, they were only putting merchandise back on the shelves, etc. And yes, that is a baby in a grocery basket from the store next door! One of the staff were tending to a baby the entire time I was there! But when I made a comment about it, she tried to say she wasn't on the clock; but she was working, though! Moral: don't go here! They will waste your time and your money, unless you know them!
