I've been going there for years getting all my vehicles inspected there. I've always heard how good they are as mechanics. So when my motorhome chassis a/c quit working. I called them because i couldn't find anyone within a 40 mile radius that would. They said sure no problem. I got it back and it working. Thank Y'all, Dutch
I got a flat tire on my way to Gatesville recently. I happened to be close to Sam’s Automotive so I called them. They had me come over and they worked me in right away. They were able to fix my flat and got me back on the road. Great folks!
Very friendly. Quick service. Always calls and let you know what is going on with the vehicle and any other problems with it. Honest work, good prices.
If I could leave a negative 5 stars I would! Charged me an hr of labor for a compression check that was not done! When I called them on it the lady in the office was nice but stuck to her story. The compression check was not done! Plug wires nor plugs had been removed. They said the engine was bad, but it is running today!
Always professional service and wonderful workmanship. Look at the vast majority of their reviews and you will find they are fair and treat everyone with the utmost respect and professionalism. Anyone who has reviewed them in any negative way would not be happy with absolutely anything that anyone had done.
I had an appointment to have my ball joints replaced and get my front end realigned. I was told to bring my vehicle in when they opened so I did. They got my ball joints replaced in 4 hours. When I went to pay my bill it was $100 more than expected. I asked about the difference and was told that they only do 4 wheel alignments and they had to replace another part for the ball joints. Legally they are required to tell you and have verbal permission to continue working on the vehicle when extra cost or parts are going to be added. Not a single person in that building made me aware of the extra part that was needed and charged me more for the alignment than what was quoted hoping that I wasn’t going to ask questions. Needless to say if you decide to go here be sure to get constant updates or choose a better mechanic shop. I’m never coming here again.
Very fast state inspections. Friendly people. Can't go wrong. Update: I've had them do a good bit of work on my car now. My brother also uses them. You have to make an appointment. They are very busy. You drop your car off the night before. They have a key drop. Get there before they close and they will move the car to the back for security. They charge a fair price, use good quality parts. Mark up is minimal. They are quick as well. Very friendly and have extensive knowledge of automobiles. If you find a place you can trust, you'll never need to go anywhere else.
Everyone here went above and beyond to get our vehicle back on the road in a very timely manner. They were 100% honest with us, and very nice to work with! We appreciate everything you did for us!!!
After buying a tire from Walmart went to Sam's and a young woman broke the tire down and mounted it that's when I discovered I had lost my wallet went back to Walmart looking to no avail
The young woman then helped me with a money transfer and then would not except the money I owed her.thanks for helping me get back to Cali..

For someone who is not from this area, they got me in and out within an hour to service my A/C. As a business owner myself customer service is important. They went beyond to help me, who was just passing through and price was very manageable. Locals, I highly recommend them for your auto repairs & tires and inspections. And any other PEVOS who may need them in the future, look them up.

I can not praise this shop enough. Had to get my wheel bearings replaced but also needed my car for work. Left it with them in the morning and had it back by the afternoon. Customer service was fantastic and top notch and the staff is extremely friendly. I can't recommend this shop enough, definitely a place you can trust to get work done to your vehicle!

I luv goin to Sam's Garage for all my auto needs! I've never had a problem and tbh, they go all out of their way to make you feel right at home! Just ask my granddaughter...she was running all over the lobby out of boredom, (2 yr olds lol?)wen 1 of the associates put her fav show on the lobby tv!!! How did they know about Cocomelon? Lifesavers...all of'em! ?
They are awesome!! I locked my keys in my car in front of their business on accident. They drove me home which wasn't far to get the share key to get in!!! Very nice folks!!!
If I am going to take my car ANYWHERE in town it will be here. The rest of my family and friends feel the same way, including 2 auto parts specialist. Family ran, good people and you get the genuine sense that they deal with you fairly and care- while not overcharging you.
