When my car broke down in Hamilton, Texas, over an hour from home, on a Saturday afternoon, Kevin was quick to respond and charged an extremely reasonable rate. I would recommend them to anyone. A very nice guy who prevented what was already a not-great day from descending into a bad one!
Not a good review! I broke down at the Ceffco on 116 in Gatesville, called Lone Star and was told they'd be by within 45 minutes to an hour, and they never showed!! I called back 3 different times and was sent to voice-mail after 2 or 3 rings. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I took my money elsewhere!
They are amazing. I locked my keys and phone in my car. They were quick and willing to work with me. I will use them again and recommend to anyone that needs help. Supper friendly, caring and understanding. Yall are great!!!!!
Highly recommend!!! Fast and friendly service. Came out to my house in 30 minutes after locking my keys in the car and had it unlocked in about 30 seconds!! Will definitely be calling them again for any service I need for my car!

I had locked the keys and my purse in my car one morning in front of the laundromat and I had to borrow a phone to call a locksmith. The first locksmith never showed up and when I had to borrow a second phone to call and ask why, they told me that my car "was unable to be unlocked" and there was nothing they could do for me. I then called roadside assistance and they sent out Kevin from Lone Star. He was very courteous and patient even though it was a long drive for him and on a Sunday afternoon! Kevin worked hard to come up with a clever solution to get my car unlocked and I am very grateful for him that I did not have to break my window. I highly recommend this company to anyone- Kevin saved the day!

Awesome place to go if you need anything done to your vehicle from tires to mechanic work to needing a tow. Has the best mechanic there anywhere in the area hands down. The owner is a super nice guy and they will take care of you 100% whatever you need. Good honest people with super good work!
I had a truck towed today by this company and Kevin came and towed it and he was super friendly and a nice guy and did everything quick as possible and we got it from point a to point b and done less than 20 minutes I highly recommend this company and kevin thank y’all

Kevin was the only Tow guy in Gatesville that would help me get my truck out of the mud.
