I highly recommend this place. I came in around 8 PM last night because I was having light issues with my trailer. A young gentleman named Chase was more than willing to help. He not only fixed the problem, but also took the time to teach me how to fix it in the future and showed me how to troubleshoot the issue on my own.
He was very knowledgeable, confident, and professional. I had previously shopped at AutoZone, but they did not have my part and were rude about it, so I will not be going back.
O’Reilly’s has gained a loyal customer because of this experience. To Chase’s manager: thank you for hiring him, and please give this young man a raise — he truly deserves it.
Had to get a battery swapped out on Christmas Eve. Thankfully O’Reilly’s was open and I was even more fortunate that Chase was working. Chase was amazing - my car was not a simple swap but he made it happen and helped get me back on the road for Christmas. Seriously better service than I expected by a mile. And he did it all with a smile. Thank you, Chase!!
I will be giving this place 1 star I personally think these places should stay open until 1 am or later for people that break down later at night I broke down last night at 10:15 but the workers would not help me because it was past closing unacceptable if you ask me the higher ups need to do something about this and make closing later, thank you long time oreillys customer…
The ladies there were amazing to me and helpful. The were patient with me and invited me to wait inside with my grandkids while my battery was resetting everything in my vehicle. Absolutely appreciate that there were women there, they assisted and empathized. My check engine light went away
I showed up after 8p with a flat tire. I wasn’t strong enough to remove the lug nuts so Chase came out and tackled it for me. He went ahead and put on the spare and loaded my damaged tire in the trunk. He also set me up with a better torque wrench so I now have enough leverage to change my own tires. I hate playing the “damsel in distress”, so I really appreciate Chase selling me what I need to do the job myself!
I manage a shop here in New Braunfels and we have a commercial account with O’Reilly’s. I came in looking for a part that we needed, and I dealt with Robert, the assistant manager. The whole time I was talking with him, he kept saying he always hears bad things about the shop I run, and that we always are buying parts from O’Reilly’s because we break things. For one, that isn’t true, most of what we buy are filters, belts, hoses, etc… and even if it was, it was super unprofessional and rude. I brushed it off the first couple times he said it, but he doubled down and kept talking trash about the shop I run. Even though he had the part I needed, I walked out and bought the part from AutoZone and got so much better service for the same price. I will no longer do business with O’Reilly’s, commercially or personally. This level of poor customer service, especially from a “manager” is unacceptable.
Noah was extremely helpful and gave me the time of day when my car had been acting up. Definitely will come back to this O'Reilly for the good customer service!
I would like to EXTEND A HUGE THANK YOU ,to this location as they have helped myself and coworkers twice today.This am Shawn was very kind and informative about a battery problem for my boss,then NATHAN and his co workers went above and beyond in making sure my coworker,who locked her running van w purse etc inside , got quickly and appropriately into the van saving the day. I only have great things to say about this location. Two weeks ago one of my tail lights went out. I had no idea what to look for or how to replace it, but the female employee there helped me figure out exactly what bulb to get, check me out and was nice enough to not just change the bulb for me, but also take the time to teach me all the steps so I would know for next time!!!
My daughter and I had awesome support and service from Nathan. Explained and shared practical tips for issues we were experiencing on our vehicles. Will most certainly continue to use O’rillies for my vehicle parts. Thank you Nathan.
I was recently helped by Mason, he’s awesome! He was very polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to properly diagnose an issue with my alternator that the other O’Reilly location in town completely missed. I’ll be sure to use this store for all my automotive needs so long as Mason works here!
I was with my sister (neither of us know much about cars/tires), and we realized we had a tire going flat quickly. We pulled into this location mainly because it was close and we were desperate. But the service Mason gave us made us so grateful we did! He came out, examined the tire, discovered the reason for our flat (a BOLT stuck in our tire), found our air pressure tools, filled the tire to capacity, helped us purchase the correct flat tire filler spray, sprayed the tire, and then refilled it to capacity again. He even talked to my sister’s husband on the phone to walk him through what had happened and discuss our safety on the road! All of this took him a while, and he did it all with a SMILE! We now both HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and Mason in particular. Thank you, O’Reilly’s and Mason, for truly looking out for the customer and helping us out! Keep up the great work!
They were so awesome. I had a gentleman help me out with my faulty battery. Even changed it out for me. Which was such a blessing seeing as I'm a 4 foot 2 tall woman who was fretting on trying to figure out how to change it herself. I so wish I could of gotten his name so I can give him kudos directly in this post. 0h! If my receipt is correct, it was Mason!! I so hope that's true.

Are you looking for knowledgeable people to give you amazing customer service? Then ask for Jason! Long story short, AutoZone was literally to lazy to change a battery when Jason diagnosed the issue fully, sold me the battery, and installed it in under 15 minutes.
I will now be shopping with O'Reilly from now on and if anyone ever mentions AutoZone again I will make sure to put them on the right path.
Employee wasn’t very helpful. Asked if I needed help but then acted annoyed and condescending about the oil I requested. Didn’t offer to look up the make or model of my car to recommend an oil that he thought would work. I requested the oil recommended in the owners manual and he acted like he had never heard of it. Why offer help if you don’t want to be helpful!?
I needed a gas cap and the clerk was able to get me the right one for my vehicle. She was also very helpful in reading the codes that had triggered due to the missing gas cap.
Im honestly surprised with how well I was helped at this place. Especially in my times of need. Other auto shops kept redirecting me & telling me to just buy from apps or other places. Of course I can but I needed someones help to properly get the right part. Tho I was in a rush & accident bought a different one than needed they still were glad to help & had the best attitude. Loved it & will start choosing this as my main autopart shop
I like O Reilly's Auto Parts . The employees are helpful , the store is clean and I always get what I need thanks to the guys that work there and help me. The place is always clean and organized and sometimes I find some good deals on sale items. Next time you are needing a part or any automotive items stop by and give them a try, what do you have to loose, you will be glad you did

I went to 2 other auto parts stores because I had just always used them...well 2 men were unable to help me purchase and install a new battery because my truck was 2 lifted. I work on all of my vehicles and I use these folks a lot. If they don’t have what need then they order it and I get it either that afternoon or the next day. These folks are always nice and professional and the business is always clean. Tom is a manager and he is retired Air Force so I enjoy dealing with a fellow veteran. I don’t do business anywhere else.
My headlight went out and I needed a replacement. James was very helpful in changing out the lightbulb and explaining how to remove the headlight so I could change the bulb myself next time. He offered friendly and helpful customer service. Thank you!
Parts stores are dime a dozen, so what makes one stand out are the parts guys/gals. I keep doing business with this store in particular because I like the staff. That being said, Im a master tech so I dont need help or advice. In that regard I dunno how great they are. But, they have never ordered the wrong parts for me and they are always polite and courteous.
Garrett took the time to come out to my car to show me how well a product worked & saved me over $130 in the process. He also changed my headlights for me very quickly. I highly recommend this business!
