I called, but they didn’t have availability so I said I would call other locations. I called Hook Hero towing services. They answered and the lady immediately answered with you JUST called I’ve already answered your questions… like excuse me! But how am I supposed to know I’m calling the same service when it has a completely different name, address and phone number! She just seemed bothered and unfriendly. I didn’t actually go ahead and have service with them and probably wouldn’t.
