After sending photos to them they raised their offer which i thought was strange because we had already agreed to a price. Not sure why they raised the offer but I will take it. The sell was quick and easy with no hassle. I will definitely contact them again if I need to sell another vehicle in the future.
Really quick and easy. We called, described the car, got an offer, and they picked it up the next day. It even needed a jump in order to be moved so they could hook it to the tow truck. They took care of that too.
They're harass you and call you on multiple numbers even after you block them when you didn't even check off the box saying they could call no I do not give permission to contact me leave me alone!

When driver finally arrived he thought I was donating the vehicle for free. He had no information about the amount I was told I would get over the phone. I was also not told about how I would have to wait 24 hours before I can go cash the check I was given. After I drove all the way to there bank, I was informed that the funds were not available and that I would have to contact them to straighten it out. I called pickup and they told me I would have to wait another 24 hours to get paid. I live in a rural area and it took me 45 minutes to drive to there bank so I wasted gas and time. I’m hoping the check will be good tomorrow so that I can put the money towards my bills. I guess I should have post dated the title? It’s kind of weird that this company does not have enough money in their bank account to pay there customers. I just thought it was very strange.
Easy and they did exactly what was expected and promised. They were even accomodating to our schedule (as much as they could be) and it was a huge help with regards to logistics.

Everything went ok with receiving a price and picking up truck. But there was some communication gaps where I’d leave a text message, but no reply even after the second text. But we eventually got things setup and finalized.
