I used the Laredo Texas location thru AAA. Had used them before thru AAA. They arrived quickly since it was early. The driver was George Lazan again. He was fast, courteous, and knew what he was doing. I didn't even have to get out of the car. George had been to my Son's apartment complex before and knew just how to locate me. I was kept aware of his locations en route. Thru AAA, no charge. Took off flat front tire and popped on the spare tire from the trunk. Took less than 15 minutes. I was very satisfied. Then I took off to my tire guy to fixed the regular tire's leaky Valve Stem. I am a happy camper. Thank you George.

FREDDIE RODRIGUEZ!! He went above and beyond for me and my car. My car was in the worst position, across a body of water, my tire was dug in, my bumper in an awkward position, and positioned to the side, he parked as close as he could without risking the tow truck, kept on stopping and readjusting multiple times to get my car finalllly out! He did all this while ensuring the safety of me, my car, and my dad that was also there. Super grateful!!
09/07/2025: I highly recommend Rivera’s Wrecker Service. I was not able to change the tire on my 2023 Hyundai Kona due to my psoriatic arthritis. I did not have to wait very long and employee Carlos showed up. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He quickly changed my tire and offered if I needed anything else. I am very grateful to God for what occurred today. Thank you so much Rivera’s Wrecker Service for what you did for me today 🙏🏽✝️.
Heriberto was the kind of professional you hope for but rarely get. Not only did he provide real-time updates that kept everything running smoothly. I watched him navigate that massive truck in a narrow space yet he made it look effortless. I have placed my call via AAA when my car would not accelerate, and my call slip for towing was submitted to Rivera towing. Jose Antonio was the gentleman who responded to the call. He was very professional and very helpful. My car wouldn't start and he took the time to check the battery, and it turned out that it really was the battery that had went out. He was nice enough to have jump start my vehicle for me so that I can make it to the nearest auto parts store. I highly recommend this towing company.

My vehicle had an issue with the transmission and I was needing it towed back into Harlingen, from Weslaco. Thank goodness that I had AAA and they contacted Leo to head over to load up my sedan and transported it back to my clients repair shop on Business 83 in Harlingen.
Today, Monday April 21st, at 4:45PM, I had to get Rivera Towing back at the location where Leo delivered it to some 2 Fast would not be able to touch it for about a week. Gary came out to hook-up the SHO and deliver it over to Silver's Transmission Center. And on Tuesday, Silver's will be able to start working on my '99 SHO. Thank you Gary!!
The men who came to help us were ON IT! Literally saved our car from flooding! I should’ve gotten their names! While others were telling me it’d be hours before they could get to me they got here in one hour and SAVED US! Truly truly truly appreciate them!
Mr Martin Cerda Jr was the tow truck driver. He was a very nice guy who explained the process and was very punctual in the time he said he would arrive. He even said he would notify me when vehicle arrived at the dealership. He was very careful with the vehicle
Freddie did an amazing job with this tight and awkward tow. The vehicle could not get into neutral and he was able to manuverhis truck in a tight squeeze to pull my vehicle out and manage to get it out despite the low ceiling... oh and did I mention it was freezing cold! Good Freddie and thank you!

Brooklyn just left the TAMUCC campus. She called on her way and called when she got to campus. She found the car problem right away and replaced the battery in less than 10 minutes. Yay, Brook! I’m so looking forward to seeing this hardworking employee as an Islander some day. She’s fantastic!

I called AAA for battery service, and they assigned Rivera's Towing. Alfredo called within about 5 minutes and said he would arrive in about 20 minutes. He arrived promptly and put the battery tester on the battery. He determined that the battery was good but that the car was getting no power. At that point, the car had to be towed to the shop, and Alfredo handled it. I am very pleased with the professional service that I received from Alfredo of Rivera's Towing.
Called AAA in the Corpus Christi area and Rivera's was there quick, about 25-30 minutes. Driver was cool, got us hooked up and home in no time. Shout out to Ben for getting my G6 home!

I got River's towing through AAA. They were great. They showed up on time--despite ice warnings on highway--and the agent Randy was extremely courteous, helpful, and thorough. I was on the road in no time and confident in the service I received.
Had a flat on my travel trailer, contacted AAA, which contacted Rivera Towing. They did not show up. Contacted AAA again, and gave me a 45 min delay, Rivera Towing canceled the service call again. A good samaritan ended helping me replace the tire. Very poor service from Rivera Towing.
