I have been a loyal customer of Autozone for 30 years I went and was looking for a part and the customer service was horrible. I am a retired police officer of 30 years of the Memphis Police Department and Tom at San Benito Advance Auto Parts Store took his time to assist me!! His customer service skills are Awesome!!!

GREETINGS, I placed an order from anAdvance Auto parts store that is located in the next city which about 8 miles from my location. I phoned the store to make sure the part I needed was on hand and Alexis took the time to verify that the parts was actually at her location. My experience has been that the majority of employees from the stores in my b town, do not do this. They see the computer screen and ignorantly tell you that they have the parts and when you go b to pick them up. I always get the same response, we have them and what happens? Oh, the computer reads we have the part, when non are available. Alexis should be commended for looking out for your customers, something every one of your store should be doing! Thank you Alexis!!! You gave me a reason to drive the extra mile, because Advance had lost me, as
a customer. Word if mouth goes a long way!!!

This is my go to place for my auto care needs. I like the affordable prices Advance offers. My only complaint is the wait time because employees spend too much time conversating. Other than that, great store.
The battery to my car died and my son was worried he wouldn’t make it to work in time especially since the only correct sized battery was in Brownsville. These guys went above and beyond; gave my son a ride home to our car, and then went to Brownsville picked up the battery and dropped it off at the house for us to get it installed just in time for him to make it to work on the dot! Thank you. Best battery purchase ever!
nice place to visit the staff was very helpful they said hello when I walked in the store they helped me in finding the parts I needed and at the end of it they told me to have a nice day when I left.
They are very helpful when you need to get something checked on your car or truck.Also they are very helpful finding the parts you need and the prices are very fair
They never seem to have needed parts on stock ,always have to order them from other stores around the valley; apart from that they are very polite and have reasonable prices
Walked in, was wondering around looking for something, waiting for an associate to free up. But there was only one and he was busy fussing and joking with people over an item that was warrantied at a different store. He already knew he couldnt help them but they were just shooting the sht. Thank goodness auto zone had more professional people working who could help me.
