I do not recommend this auto shop, especially during the evening shift from 6 PM to closing today . I had a flat tire, and while a worker lent me a jack for $8, if he could reolace my tire put spare he failed . he insisted I buy parts from his store and did not help me change the tire. I ended up calling a friend for assistance after struggling for 45 minutes in the cold. The jack was too short to remove the tire, which was very frustrating. I expected better service from an auto shop, but they seemed more interested in taking advantage of customers. I didn't pay the $8 because the assistance was inadequate, and the worker was rude. I wish I could give them zero stars. Please avoid this place; they do not genuinely help customers they try to take advantage of you specially only had 8 bucks during the time and they dont care really when person really need help help not at all . Girls do not go there for help if got a flat they will take advantage of you too or worst .
Great staff and I go so much it's a first name hello right in the door. That should tell ya everything about their customer service. Always two thumbs up
The employees at the San Benito Texas location are very nice, helpful, and professional.. I enjoy going to the store because of the employees. They're very helpful and getting me what I need and they don't show signs of discontent when doing it. I will continue to go to this location as Long as I am satisfied with the service the service that they have provided me thus far. This place literally saved my live and our day! The manager Javier Olivarez went above and beyond to help my family and I and I am grateful to know there’s still people like that! Highly recommend this place!
Jacob did great! He researched 2 upper ball joints that I had bought 6years ago. He put the order in to have them exchanged since they were lifetime warranty. I was impressed. They also resurfaced my 2 rear rotors at no charge thanks to the assistant manager! I'm hooked.
Came in with a "check engine" image and apparently it was the coolant sensor. Bought it and it didn't fit. Went to the dealer and it fit. Drove my car like 3,4 days and the "check engine" image disappeared. These guys narrow it down, will come back to do business
