Do not waste your time, bought a battery that didn’t fit went to return it and was told I had to wait 2 days to speak with the manager and that they don’t allow returns on batteries but I could return it if the manager allowed it?! Went to another store and was told I could return it but exchanged it instead, something I wasn’t even offered at this store.

Came to rent a brake job tool set. Guy at the register opened the tool box, told me everything was good and told me I can pay now. I get home only to find almost half of the tools were missing and some broken. Came back to see if any other tools were available but a female manager came to help and accused me of taking the missing items. She told me I’d have to take the tools and will not get my $160 refunded. She finally got contact with the guy who made the purchase with me and he confirmed items were missing. Instead of apologizing she told me it was my “responsibility” to check the tools and told me 3 different times she personally wouldn’t have refunded me if that guy was not there even after finding out he didn’t inform me of this policy and didn’t show me the tools. Extremely disrespectful demeanor and horrible customer service.
Only outcome from this visit was my project was delayed, and I was accused of stealing items.
Very helpful and were quick to test my battery. However paid about $100 more for a battery that I could of bought elsewhere cheaper, plus had it professionally installed free (Walmart). In fact I went and bought a second new battery because on a Dodge Ram diesel Cummins engine it requires two batteries. When you change one you have to change the other. Unfortunately my truck was dead in water at Love's and I had to hitch a ride over there so I was happy just to get a battery even if I did pay much more. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do keep rolling in my business. Time is money and I had SpaceX one of our better customers waiting on me.
i stopped at a couple of auto stores but they didnt have techron products. on the way home i stopped at advance auto. they had what i wanted and on sale 2for 1. since my pickup hold 30 gal. i bought 2 and came home with 4 fuel system cleaner as i had carbon on the intake valves and it smoked after idling for about 10 seconds. since the avg car holds about 14 gal i put all 4 containers in the 1990 dodge ram pickup. i drove to harlingen and back and it doesnt smoke at idle anymore! it works!
This is the only store that I never go in and out in under 5 minutes. Usually one person charging while the others are in the back joking around. Its faster to just drive to the AutoZone on Hwy 48.
I bought a battery almost two years ago, and it went bad. They have me a new battery completely free, rather then depreciating the battery to give me a discount on another one (as some have done in the past).
