Walked into oreillys with a question since I had a light turn on my Honda civic. As soon as we walked in Vero-6408 greeted us with a smile and also explained to me what was going on. Which is a good thing because I know nothing about cars. Happy the employee was knowledgeable and knew more about the issue then me which gave me a piece of mind. Highly recommend stopping here for any car trouble.

Vero was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It was refreshing to see a woman in the store. She was so helpful. She was also the only one that greeted us . She is definitely an asset to your company as it can be very intimidating for women to go into the store full of men.

This location has the best customer service. I have been helped before Cathy who has exceptional customer service skills. She walked from behind the counter and asked us what she could assist us with. She made sure we had everything we needed. Another time Adrian offered to assist with installing a battery replacement. Today I had an interaction with the store General Manager Mr. Fabian Steven's. He was helpful, professional and friendly. We had a pleasant experience. I can definitely tell leadership in this location is strong. It shows in the level of customer service we have consistently received at this location. Highly recommend.

I just went to get my car scan since my check engine light turn onn and like usually they never have the scanner

Advance needs to invest on customer service training for their staff or invest in new hires that they really want to work and help others... The older lady that works there always treat you with a negative attitude, she don't understand that in bussiness you need to treat your customers well in order to conduct and keep performing bussiness, if she continue having that behavoir, customers will prefer to go to autozone or oreillys and advance sales are going to go down because shes not a good fit for the store.. keep an eye on your employees behaivors Advance auto parts

Toyota 4Runner battery gave out got there at 9pm Jonathan Justin and Bryan came to the rescue. Great customer service changed battery out pronto and got us on our way!!!

Absolutely wonderful young man!. We had literally broken down in a turning lane on a busy road. We had only 4 minutes before the business closed for the night, but because it was a legit emergency. He let us in. Not only did he get us the parts we needed, he gave us a discount and money back for the broken alternator. So greatful to him.

Wasn't too happy to be the only customer waiting to pay by the counter for a while until someone was available to ring me up. When an associate finally came behind the counter, he acknowledged a customer who came subsequently to pay and said he could ring him up. I said I was here first, and I wasn't too happy to hear from the clerk that it "doesn't really matter". Thankfully the customer was a gentleman and let me go first, because I had been waiting patiently. I'm a small girl, I can understand if a clerk did not "see" me. But I wasn't happy with how the clerk decided to handle that...

Auto advance on alton gloor Blvd has ample parking,, wheelchair accessible, employees are very friendly and courteous. Greet customers with a smile and are extremely knowledgeable of all the parts. They usually are fully stocked but in instantances they don't have a part they can sure find it for you and within a reasonable time frame. I highly recommended this auto part store for all your car parts needs. Prices are reasonable too.

They were helpful, but not pushy, which is a difficult balance to achieve. I was looking for windshield wipers, I asked them to look up the size then I went back to the wipers section. They came over to offer assistance after noticing I had been over there for like 5 minutes.

They are always Nice! This last visit was UPS drop off point. for Amazon return. Mrs. Vero was very polite and helpful. THANK YOU!

I ordered parts online, but the two associates at this location were both very nice and professional. The gentleman who assisted me with my curbside informed me that even though it's been 10, maybe 15 minutes that I had placed my order. Online orders usually take 20-30min to process before they receive the order in their system.

Well my truck broke down. Wear and tear, . Both employees were great, alot of help. They provided Intel that I didn't know. Thanks again great job

I'm getting ready to leave back to San Antonio, and encounter battery issues. I get here and got some of that old school do what has to get done customer service attitude! Fabian went the extra mile to contact my local store and get the warranty issue resolved in the quickest manner! I was in and out within 45 mins! In this day and age, people dont have to do this, but there are some people who refuse to accept less, and Fabian demonstrated this! Thanks a million for a good deed!

5 stars for the online 2 stars for the employees time to focus on customer service again. Don't leave customers on the phone on hold for 26.53 minutes and hang up. Opt. I'm sticking to ordering online.

I bought a tire preasure sensor today which nobody wanted to install. Saying that thier machine to calabrate would not calibrate the sensor. It was an autel programmable universal tpms for a 2010 ford fusion. Do not spend your 46.00 dollars on it because you wont get them back. I had to spend 150.00 at pep boys to buy thier sensor and install and calibrate it. They did not tell me when i bought it that i could not return it they just stapled a note on the receite. make sure you ask before buying. Will Never do business with them again i am sticking to autozone or orielys. AtLeast they comunicate with thier customers.
