I had a very bad experience, I bought a blower motor for air conditioning and specified the details of the vehicle, they checked their system, they even confirmed information with the vehicle agencies, and they still gave me the wrong part, I trusted them because they have more experience than I have, the worst of all is that I asked if they could offer a discount for my purchase, because it was a mistake by the woman who served me, and they refused, I must clarify that I was charged for the correct one and the payment receipt had the description of the correct part, but the employee gave me the wrong one, a very bad experience, I had to come twice in the same week just because of their mistake.
They always have what i am looking for. I usually call ahead to make sure, I give them my car info and they will look it up on the system and let me know. Prices are sometimes cheaper than their competitors and they give discounts sometimes. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy any auto parts or auto related stuff.
Si llegué me cargaron la batería me dijeron que estaba buena pero llegué y la puse la camioneta y no prendió y luego le lleve a los mecánicos y me dijeron que la pila es la que no servía y pues se me hace que el lunes voy a ir otra vez a ver si me la me hacen valida la garantía. No me explicaron bien.
The battery light on my truck turned on on the way to work. I stopped at the Elizabeth street store early in the morning. Super friendly employee checked it out, and he determined that my truck's alternator was bad. They had it in stock. I purchased it later that day.
Found the part at Auto Zone, went to O'Reilly to see if they would match the price, they said no. I only asked because O'Reilly was closer to where I lived, so I ended going up going to auto zone after all, way to lose a customer, auto zone.
