Worst place of business EVER. The lady is wildly disrespectful for no reason. I can’t believe this “business” stands because they are so unprofessional and raggedy I thought I got my car towed to a chop shop !!!!
On the phone the lady was rude and had an attitude. When we got to this place they live there and the storage is their back yard that has dog crap! The lady was also rude in person as well. They charge $45 for a credit card fee and $66 for a clean up fee. They are NOT open 24 hours!!!!! You can NOT get your own car after 4. $700 to get your car back is INSANE!!
With a last name Garcia, should be ashamed they charge Any tow truck driver whom don’t speak English 20$ cash to be able to pick up any vehicle and be able to translate !!!!
Called them looking for a wrecker, and she had so much attitude and got very upset, then said "That's solicitation!" and hungup... Worst customer service ever. Scam.
Manager at Garcias wrecker service (7042 N Hwy 83 Cardozo springs, Texas ) is very rude and poor very poor customer service . If they tow your vehicle get ready for major fees which they will NOT notify you when you call ! The info needed to take out vehicle will also change once you’re actually there in person . So good luck dealing with them .
Poor, poor service! Thee rudest place I've ever been to. I have never had to go through the trouble I went through just to get my vehicle back from them. I honestly don't know why or how they are still in business...
This business is in alleged coercion of the Local Authority they are rude entitled & seem to have a hate toward their customers if it can be avoided stay away but due to secret deals being paid by Government they assisting with the extortion. Disgraceful.
This happened several months ago, recent activity there inspired me to publish my encounter. On the phone they told me I could pay with cash or credit card no problem. They would not give exact amount, they said exact total could only be determined when I got there to pick up vehicle. When I got there with a credit card they told me only American Express was accepted. they cold have mentioned that on the phone. When I returned just before they closed on Friday I had cash and needed about $20 in change. They refused my payment as exact change was needed. They could have mentioned that to me. I told them to just keep the change as that would be cheaper to me than additional impound fees. They said they couldn't do that I'd have to come back on Monday as they're not open on Sat, Sun, and pay TWO additional days impound. Again could not give exact amount until I arrived to make pick up but must have exact change when I arrive. Are they crooked, you decide.
There is this extremely rude woman who answers the phone in this establishment that is by far the most horrible customer service and person ive ever had to experienced. The manager or district manager or even owner of this business should give her some classes on her personality or it may just be better if you get rid of that as soon as you can and start fresh. I was not even able to get passed the initial introduction of myself to ask about my vehicle or my personal property. No one should run a company like this im very sorry for yall having to deal with that horrible woman
I was involved in a car accident and my car needed to be towed away and I was also needing a ride home. They weren’t too particular on offering a ride, the lady who answers the phone is rude. If all you’re worried about is getting your towed the they’re the right people, but if you care about being treated like a customer then I wouldn’t go here!!!!! Customer service is horrible!!!!
Very unpleasant to deal with. Driver's license was in the vehicle, but they wouldn't even look for it. Forced to go to the DMV to get a new one and leave vehicle there for an extra day. They were extremely rude.
