The phone reps were rude and curt on the completely each time I was connected (3 times) to them by Triple AAA. They tried charging me initially for a beach service lock out service. Once I said no thanks to their $210 lock out service, then changed to no one was available. TRIPLE AAA MEMBERS IF YOU ARE NOT STRANDED BY A PAVED ROAD THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. Meyer Towing and triple Aaa service made a stressful situation even more frustrating. For your lock out and lock smith needs go to J’s Keys less than an hour wait and wont hurt your wallet!
Meyer Towing has always arrived timely, been professional and handles the call with ease. So glad they are part of the AAA service team. When my car (with no spare tire) needed a tow, Jason took such wonderful care of my car from the pick up to delivery to the service station to get my tire fixed.

Just had them tow my broken down car dispatcher was really nice and patient with me reading addresses and the truck driver was extremely respectful and made sure things got handled smoothly would absolutely recommend this company again
They were good to me on a very difficult day. They were fast, secured the car, got me to a safe location, and were kind through the whole ordeal. Even though likely totaled, he was still careful with the car so as not to damage it further and wisely encouraged to get all personal belongings out of the car because I would likely not see it again. Put their number in your phone—if you don’t need just be happy.
We had a truck wrecked with a ton of personal belongings in it. Everything was scattered at the wreck and they cleaned all of it up and put it into the truck. Everything was handled with care and we were able to go get everything we needed with absolute ease. Very appreciative of them!
We were on vacation leaving Galveston working our way to San Antonio when we lost our transmission. We limped to the fairgrounds to park our trailer and camp while our truck was being repaired. We called AAA they sent out Meyer towing. They were prompt professional and helpful about repair centers in the area. They took us to Snyders transmission in Angelton and I can’t be any happier with either of them. I would definitely recommend them to you. I would definitely use them again but would rather not have the need to do so.

Great guys. I’m from Austin and I visited Houston to see my family for memorial weekend. We went to Surfside and my uncle’s car battery kept dying. It was the alternator. He bought another battery and it still died so he stayed at the Buccees while my cousin and I had to drive 1 hour from and back to get his jump started charger. Well guess what? That didn’t work. I kept telling him to get a tow but he wouldn’t. It wasn’t until his car turned off in the middle of a highway bridge when I told him to stop and called Meyer Towing. Other tows were charging 650 and Meyer told me they had no guys available until I told them our situation. 20 minutes they came and drove the car back while I drove my family in another car. Let’s just say they took alot of weight off my shoulders lol. Thank you guys!

I needed my car towed from my house to the mechanic. Beau (sp?) showed up quickly and had my car on the flatbed in no time. When we got to the mechanics shop it was too crowded to back the truck all the way on to the lot, so we had to push the car once it was off the truck. Beau stuck around, in the rain, to help us push the car. Awesome customer service and best price I could find in the area. Meyer will be my first call from now on.
I called Meyer Towing to ask if they could pick up my son's car off 2004 a little after 5 pm. They were quick to set up a driver and the driver was very friendly. Driver was on his way as he called to confirm he would be picking up the car. Meyers charged a very reasonable price and deli eyed the car to the repair shop I requested. I would highly recommend their services.
They were extremely fast and professional, got to where we were in no time and brought me, my husband, our dog and vehicle home. Will definitely contact them again if needed.
They suck. Towed my bike , didn't tow it. Rode it and broke the belt by doging it . getting on it . then took no responsibility. Said the belt just broke. Lieing Meyers is what I heard from people I talked to. They are not trust worthy, they lie. Not any one I would recommend. Very disappointing. Don't let them tow anything .
After getting the guy to finally come out, the first thing he said to me was ,"It cost $75". Next he got his tool & he was rushing, anxious to open my car door. He didnt seem to care whether he was going scratch my car or not. The entire time he was working his tools, he kept saying "$75, $75". Then after he opened it, he asked me for the cash without even trying to give me a receipt. Talk about disrespect
