Was there on hwy approximately 30 minutes, as the driver was in route to drop another car. He got to meand had my car loaded and on the road in 5-8 minutes! Dropped me and my car at my home safely! The drivers name is Micheal and was very professional and had a pleasant personality!
So responsive, communicated everything and made a not so great situation a lot easier. I needed my new RV towed from the beach. Also a lot cheaper than other companies. Incredible service!
A friend of mine was stuck in the mud and it was wet in the area from all the rain. Others towing services turned us down, one I had utilized for years! Well I have always thought it was wonderful that your service provides assistance to all during don’t drink and drive weekends! Got the car jacked up and lugs off on our own; but could not figure out from there how to get tire off (it was stuck and no amount of rocking or kicking or hitting it was getting us anywhere close to getting the tire off). Campbell's had it figured out what it was, how to deal with it, and had us on the way within minutes of their arrival and educated us on the fact that aluminum based rims can heat and sometimes almost adhere to the drums. Tire came off for them after a few tries, and they put spare on and got us going. Thank you!
They were very fast and so kind! Middle of the night after a car accident and Micheal took care of everything and made us feel less stressed about the towing and car issues. He even made sure to pick up all the pieces.... Great service and I would recommend to anyone!
Tow truck operator Timothy was very friendly and courteous. He was careful with loading the vehicle on his tow truck. He got it to the repair shop safely. If I have the need for a tow service again, I will consider Campbell's Towing first.
Michael showed up quickly, and even went out of his way to drop my whole family off at the car rental location which saved us 1 to 2 hrs. We know God sent him, because the lift on his tow truck was pink. We all had pink and black on for my best friends funeral, but missed the funeral. It was definitely a sign. Because Michael took us to the rental car, we were able to make it to the celebration of life after her funeral. Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing, some have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.
I had a really great experience with Campbell’s Towing. My tire went flat unexpectedly, and they showed up super fast—within about 15 minutes. The driver was incredibly kind and professional. He even let me sit inside his truck for safety while he was loading my car, which I really appreciated. It made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable. Highly recommend their service!
I had never used Campbell's towing but had referred them to a couple of my friends , who both said they had done a great job. Luckily when my Dad's car broke down the extended warranty co. sent Campbell's to get it to the repair shop. . I agree they are great. Will continue to recommend them but hopefully dont have to use them again personally.!
The driver Donald, was awesome. Super quick response, very cummicative and polite. Treated my beat up truck with the same respect as one would with a McLaren. He turned a fairly stressful situation into something simple and easy.

Nick was fast and efficient when we used your company the 2nd time in 1 day. We had a jump the first time and he got us off the beach and the second time was for the towing of my vehicle to the Jeep dealership the place was closed but he's was able to get the vehicle inside the gate and left the keys for them since they were closed and at 8pm
I needed to move my grandfather’s car. It hasn’t run since 2014, so I knew it wasn’t going to be easy. Donald did a great job! Even with having to spin it around so it would travel with the front of the car on the skid first, he made it look easy. I was also pleasantly surprised that dispatch had a record of me asking about this tow a few days ago. A+ service all around!!!

I scheduled my vehicle to be towed to shop for following morning. Driver called me prior to arrive to let me know he was a few minutes behind, I really appreciated the call and it was no problem at all. Communication was great and pricing was very fair.
Doesn’t stand by the 24/7 law . Can’t pick up your car when they are picky on whose vehicle it is . The guy was rude who answered the phone once they figured out which vehicle I was trying to get out . They are being rude to a blind guy as well . I’m calling on behalf on my mother in law thank you very much . Hope you have a good night please read the rules thank you have a wonderful night and you are open 24/7 right .

I deal with people all day long — in management, in sales, and with countless repair shops — and I can tell you firsthand, not everyone has the natural ability to communicate and connect the way Timothy does.
He’s easy to talk to, respectful, and represents Campbell Towing at a very high level. From start to finish, I was genuinely impressed.
If every company had a “Timothy” on their team, customer service would be on a whole different level.
Timothy came out and made extra sure not to damage my car any further. He called for backup, and those poor souls had to wait in the heat while I paid the $30 difference since I was being towed to a shop out of the radius. Very polite and patient with me, kept in contact, and even sent me a picture to put my mind at ease. He got it to the shop and even got out some things I needed while I'm in the rental.
Donnie was great!! My skoolie had gotten stuck in the mud in my yard up to the tops of the tires. I won't say who did that... But, I made a call to Campbell's and they were at my house in 10 minutes. After some really dicey up-against-the-fence moments...we were able to get her out! Thanks so much for your professionalism, great customer service and speedy response.
