They damaged my car to the point that it is not drivable. Didn't look to see that it was AWD before dragging it "a ways down the road". It has AWD all over it, and it's on every piece of paper ever printed pertaining to the description. They said they'd get it fixed and provide me with a rental while my car was in the shop. They have since been giving me the run-around, and have not gotten me a rental. I'm not sure my car is even at the shop yet to be fixed. I am now having attorneys involved due to lost wages and much more. I'm out of a vehicle 4 days at this point, losing hundreds of dollars of income. I have no idea if, or when I will have my car back, fixed, out at least a rental. So the lost wages will continue to add up. Worst company ever.
Tresspaning property destroying theives with no shame or honor works with predatory loan companies and will not reimburse you for them causing damages worst overall company to exist they will be receiving a bill from my lawyer for damages
Also if anyone buys a Nissan titan from them at an auction just realize they illegally sold it and you will be taken to court as an accomplice
Extremely friendly and helpful customer service from the office. Was told I could pick up the vehicle even if it was sent in my husbands name since I was also on the paperwork. This was not true when I got to the lot. Thankfully my husband was there. Just keep that in mind. Otherwise was a pleasant experience even in a horrible situation.
As someone who was unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident back in August, I've been forced to work with this play through circumstances beyond my control. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. Despite promptly submitting the required paperwork, the only communication I've received from them has been through hateful letters. It's important to note that I am not affiliated with this company; rather, I've been compelled to engage with them due to the accident. The lack of any effort to address my concerns or provide proper assistance reflects poorly on their professionalism and customer care. It's a pity that I'm stuck dealing with them, but I'll be sure to steer clear of their services in the future.
update: I receive a hateful email after contacting the person “helping” me and expressing my disappointment so far. i called my insurance company and got it taken care of. I will be working closely with my insurance company instead because I refuse to work with such hateful people who have not been helpful or remorseful at all.
Tow truck driver was extremely rude and damaged the vehicle. Called and tried to speak to management even emailed them but they have made it clear they do not care.
Went yesterday to pick up my items they didn’t send us a letter, saying how many days we had to get our personal items out of our vehicle. They won’t prove and say or give us what they took out of our vehicle. They’re supposed to write everything down vehicle got moved still won’t give us any extra Information the hours say that they are open in the afternoon can’t get through so I’m going to write a review every day until somebody calls me
Gotta love these people, wouldn't even let me get my food out of the car when they took it, and that was Fri, it's Wednesday now, still no food because I spent the last I had on it and it's freezing still, fine group right here ( sarcastic)
Horrible place! They told me I had 60 days to get my property, however when I called to schedule an appointment they told me my things had been thrown away. The necklace from my deceased spouse was in there something I can never get back.
Horrible company and horrible service staff. Long story short my dads truck got repo’d and in it was a very one of a kind sentimental fishing rod holder/toolbox that was on his truck. They told us we had 60 days to pick up his items and after calling and verifying We had about 25 days left to get it, we made time to get out of work to pick it up. Their only window for picking up is weekdays at 1pm-3pm which is unfortunate to those that can’t leave work. Anyways, the DAY OF calling and setting up a schedule for pick up, they told us that they “disposed of the toolbox” and it’s been cleaned out that we missed our opportunity to pick it up. I know one of them are riding around with a new fishing rack on the back of the truck or sold it already. Horrible company and I would not recommend them to anyone. I have pictures of the rack step by step when it was fabricated and that was gifted to me from my dad. If I find it around town or for sale on fb or wherever, I’ll 100% press charges on this horrible company for giving us the run around plenty of times throughout this. They also ayate that every phone call is recorded so they can attest to that.
Jennifer the rudest person on the planet.. you call them she’s always the only person working. You can never get anywhere with her she won’t allow you to speak to anyone else. You will be speaking she interrupts you over talks you and then hangs up on. Her favorite lines are I’m not going to arguing with you but she won’t allow you to complete your sentence or it’s no one else you can talk to..When you callback several times then you are crazy and have called 50 times... the lady does nothing but lie.They should definitely send her to a customer service class because she is HORRIBLE. I wouldnt hire her to clean animals at the zoo.
So yesterday they spot my car outside the WIC office. They back in and Jack it up and tell me for your safety give us the keys. Confused but ok here take them just let me get my things a jacket and two car seats. While jacked up me holding my almost 6 month old son I try to get the car seats unbuckled ask for help with none given Acknowledged but ignored finally get it . Myself two or three grown men not helping or lowering the car for me to have slightly easier access to the car seats. One person from there he put the car seats in a dollar store buggy but I wasn't shopping I wasn't able to take that into a WIC office . Anyway I'm watching thru the window a free I have the things needed out of the car the man who put my seats in the buggy got in the car after it was lowered and drove it onto the towtruck. Next day after hundreds of dollars have been dished out they claim they don't have my car key the only key for the car. How did they drive it on and off the tow truck. They lost my key and won't admit their wrong. Left to find my own way home with two young children in 30 degree weather
So bank told them to hold my vehicle at location and they even sent confirmation they would, yet my GPS location shows the car in Houston!! Lord help them if there is ANY damage!!
