Antonio was hired by me directly to tow my son’s vehicle from New Braunfels to a transmission shop in Universal City. To save me a long drive, he very generously offered to meet me in a nearby parking lot so I could hand off the keys — something I truly appreciated. He was NOT soliciting business or engaging in any predatory practices; he was kindly waiting at my request for a scheduled tow.
Beyond that, his service was outstanding. He responded quickly, transported the vehicle safely, communicated clearly, and even gave me a significant discount. From first call to delivery, the entire process took about 1.5 hours.

Highly recommend for towing in selma, shertz or new braunfels. Outstanding customer service, the only ones to answer their phones at 7:50 am on a monday morning. Within 20 minutes they had a tow truck on-site and offered to take me and the car to the mechanic. Very reasonably priced for a local tow and sent verification photos once the tow was completed. Will be my go to in the future!

I was stranded on the shoulder of 281 with my kids in the truck. We were trying and calling anyone who could tow us home almost 40 miles in the dark. We got hold of this guy. He was there in less than 20 minutes, and got right to work loading up my Dodge dually. I was blown away by how much cheaper than the other guys he was. He made me see the brighter side of my unfortunate dilemma.

Antonio gave a great tow experience. He was very knowledgeable and considerate. When my original tow location wasn’t able to take my vehicle, he was patient enough to wait with me as I found another location to tow to. He also gave a very fair price for the entire process.
