The location of this establishment is a bit far but manageable. The building has very high stairs and a wheelchair ♿️ accessible to the front desk. The access to the restrooms are a bit hazardous. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. They're very very reasonably priced and widely sources parts. I do recommend buying or even looking into them for your auto parts and auto body needs.

Purchase an engine on eBay from this company, before I brought it I messaged them on eBay to make sure it was still in stock because I had called the company direct the day before and they told me they sold it. They messaged me back and insured me it was still in stock, so I called again to make sure and everything was good with the engine. The lady on the phone said it was in stock and everything was good with the engine. So I went ahead and purchased it on eBay because if anything when wrong with the sell then eBay would issue me a refund, plus it was cheaper on eBay. For 2 days they messaged me to make sure the part fit and make sure all my info was correct and all this stuff, then out of the blue they canceled because the “part was damaged”. I know the part was probably not in stock anymore and the person who originally told me it was sold was correct all along. They also said there are no other options available so they’re were gonna issue me a refund, but when I spoke to them today, didn’t tell them the situation, just called as a random customer and asked if they had any other engines available like the one I was looking for, they told me there are 2 engines available that would fit my car. They’re asking for more money for those engines, which doesn’t make sense because the one I was buying has 127,000 miles on it and the 2 engines they have available they don’t know the mileage but they want more money for them, but instead of making things right and selling me one of those engines at a discount to make things right, they choose profit over customer satisfaction. So after wasting days waiting, just for them to cancel it, I have to wait more days for eBay to put the funds back in my account which means I will be without a car for more time now, thanks LKQ. Please save your money, im just glad I went through eBay because I fell like if I would have went straight through LKQ, I’d never see that money again. Absolute terrible experience and this is the kinda company that makes buying something scary.

I've called on more than 3 different occasions, they either never answer or the one time someone answers the person on the phone asks you the same damn question you already answered repeatedly. You can barely hear them, they also sound like they don't know anything, then they put you on hold and never come back.

Bought a “certified used” engine from here for a Toyota Camry… the harmonic balancer broke and damaged the front crankshaft seal, causing oil to go everywhere. The company wouldn’t take responsibility and now I’m stuck with another expensive repair. I wish I had listened to the other reviewers. Do not waste your time and money. Would not recommend this place.

They never deliver the parts on time. Sometimes they just cancel the order and don’t even tell you. So when you call to see what’s going on they said they no longer have the part. Making you waste days! I will avoid this company at all cost, they have done this multiple times. Unprofessional non responsable liars

Bought a used transmission and it failed in less than a year. However LKQ only offers 6 month warranty, which is pretty low for such an expensive part. Best to avoid buying used parts from them.

I am owner of GEARJAMMER AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE LLC in Pleasanton Tx. I gave this firm one star because their sales associates lie. They lie all the time just to make the sale. I tell them to just tell me the truth so I can give my customers a fairlybaccurate time line. THEY WILL NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL. THEY WILL NOT DELIVER ON TIME WHEN PROMISED. ITS very hard to run a shop dealing with this firm.

Horrible I wouldn't even give them one star. Never buy a new motor or any part from this company. They do not honor their warranty. They sold my daughter a bad engine. The dealership told LKQ that the engine was bad, but That was not good enough. Not only did they not want to replace the motor, but they are telling the dealership that they don't know what they are doing. Now they will not pay or replace the motor.

I ordered a Toyota Camry 2.4 motor. The first one arrived but it had been submerged under water. The second arrived but it was the one I received first. The third motor was locked up. I have now been waiting more the two weeks for them to reimburse me. Their excuse is that they must first collect the motor before reimbursing me. They have made their problem mine are are holding my money. A bunch of useless a holes. I will never do business with them again.

By far the worst experience I had ever had in my life with terrible customer service. If I could rate them a zero a definitely would! Please do not waste your money on engines with them! Chris Youngblood, The representative that handled my order messed up everything on my invoice, from saying the shop that placed the engine in my vehicle was the one that paid for it when in fact I did. Wrong shipping date, to other factors as well. When it came down to the shipping they insisted multiple times that my engine was delivered when I'm at the shop telling them the engine is not there. After complaining multiple times my engine was finally delivered, after it was ordered on November 5th and delivered on November 16th. No paperwork came with the engine, so due to no paperwork being delivered, a faulty engine was placed in my car with 130,000 + miles on it which is a rip-off given I paid 2700.00 for the engine. Tried calling multiple times to have the issue fixed. Mr. YoungBlood seemed to never be in the office to answer any calls to get the issue resolved within the warranty. So I was then forced to contact higher management. Getting in contact with the GM was the same customer service experience. I was asked "why I let the shop put in a faulty engine as if I were a mechanic and knew better. After several days of poor customer service, I finally got another engine and then told them they will not cover the warranty on this. Please shop with caution.

Horrible service ordered a part on Thursday was supposed to be in the next day and it never showed up. Called the rep by the name of ciela was not helpful at all. Kept saying the part was on the truck thats the only answer she can give.

Very bad. I'm a bodyshop who try do do a business with them long time. All the time I ordered parts from them they are late by 5 days or more then promised. I promised my customers by there words and all the time my words are false because of LKQ. And then when I got the part the quality always below then described or even more. it's damaged and can't be used if u guys have options to buy parts somewhere else just buy it. Don't waste your time and nerves with LKQ

I was billed for and received the wrong part. This was corrected when picking up the part and payed additional amount for the core. Was told the core would be credited back to my card when the core was returned. When I returned the core I was told corporate would be sending me a check for the core amount in 3 to 4 weeks and there was nothing they could do to return the charge to my card as stated before. Will not do any business with them again.

I would give this place more stars if they had their ducks in a row. I called in about some seats for a car and some door panels they said sure let me look them up they sent me pictures of a seats and door panels while they were still installed in the car. I said awesome everything looks like they're in okay condition. They said the next step is payment I said no problem here's my card. they then said if something is not up to your expectation or is damaged we can take it off the ticket but you have to prepay for all the items up front. I said that's fine I then went down to the warehouse to pick the stuff up. They said when taking the door panels of their vechile, they broke them or damage them beyond repair so they were going to take them off a ticket. I then looked at the seats the front ones were in okay condition but the back ones look like they were taken out of the car dropped all over a greasy dirty garage. So I politely said no I'll just take the front seats they said okay it would take them off the ticket they gave me a new ticket with just the front seats on them for a lower dollar amount, And here we are now with me fighting with them about getting a refund almost a month later for the difference. They say it's like finding a needle in a haystack in their finance department. I say no it's not. it's not complicated here's my invoice number here's the product I received this. Here is how much I should be charged, this is how much you charged me. please refund the difference. It's sad I have to call my bank to fight with them when they could easily just fix the transaction keep in mind I gave them two weeks before Even calling or going up there because they told me it could take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to go in which is an extremely long time in my opinion for a refund. All I can say about LKQ is this as far as the service goes it's terrible

So glad I found this place! I had a great experience ordering OEM parts with Ash- other salespeople didn't even mention how the core refunds worked & seemed as though they didn't want to help.

Sucks! Super slow service. I bought some clear coat which was supposed to be 1 gallon. They had a quart delivered in. So I have a quart of hardner and a quart of clear and the ratio is 3 to 1.... Hmmm. I get it home and open up the clear and 1/3 of it is missing. If you go there, plan on it taking at least hour, even if you are the only one there and you only want one item. Most of them seem to have little knowledge of auto painting overall.
