My husband and I where driving somewhere outside of San Antonio TX. When our rig broke down all of sudden. It was late, raining and a little chilly that night. All I wanted to do was get to a hotel and worry about the rig in the morning. I didn't think it would be possible for anyone to get to us. I started to Google local wrecker service and came across Pinx Wrecker. I called them to get an idea of tow and they were available right then and there to get us safely off the interstate to our hotel. The best part a woman jumped out the heavy tow truck. Well my lil car broke down and I called the closets tow company and I reached this company but she told me that they only do semi trucks . Well not even my Duramax is a semi . She sent me a text message for a wrecker company. 10 STARS ⭐ for her great customer service.
Awesome and quick, they were 1/2 the $ than the estimate I got from USAA for tow service to the dealer (7 mil away). Charles was the best, super friendly. I rode in truck with him on way to dealer. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a tow.
Best wrecker company by far! Gary at Pinx is always my first call for a wrecker service. Fast, friendly, professional, honest, and fairly priced. I manage a fleet of about 44 18-wheelers so we utilize his services frequently enough for me to give an honest and thorough evaluation and comparison to others we have used. Again, hands down the best wrecker service I've had to deal with in my 17 years of working in the trucking industry.
We had problem after problem with getting a tow truck to just simply pull our vehicle out of Growdon wreck yard. Two Growdon contracted tow companies denied us a tow other than paying $180 and they were just sitting there watching. We called Pinx's wrecker and he was very reasonable with pricing and showed up promptly after the phone call. To top it off his great personality made the situation not so bad Pinx's will get all our future business and a thousand referrals. I am very impressed to say the least! I forgot to mention this all took place at 4:30 a.m. Saturday morning, that tells you the dedication this business has mostly because of the ones that were there already just feeding from the spoon. Was left stranded by my dump truck in San Marcos area early morning. After no one picked up the phone, I was give this number by a buddy. Mr. Gary was very understanding and kind, took my dump truck from San Marcos all the way to my house about a hour drive and charged me a fraction of what everyone else quoted me. He was also on time and very respectful. I 100% will use them again if ever needed and definitely recommend them to whoever needs a tow.

Gary and his daughter were very helpful, professional and friendly. They towed our 39 foot RV, took us to a Pilot J so we could dump our gray and black tanks. They didn't have to do that. We will recommend this family towing company to everyone we see.
I called and asked for assistance and the giu that answered the phone yelled hello and stayed awkwardly quiet until I was half way done talking. But I end up hanging up because no interaction. If their service is anything like my first interaction then they are garbage and I will never utilize them and will make sure my employees don't as well. Which is unfortunate.
