After our first company failed to show up for three hours s and then cancelled we were put in touch with Knights who were able to get to us quickly and communicate their ETA very well. I do not recall the man's name, but he was a very good and efficient worker.
Called Andy with Knights Towing to tow my vehicle to the shop. He was very help and provide clear cut communication and set reasonable expectations. The price was incredible reasonable for the towing. He called once he got to the location and even spoke to the person that was going to handle the repairs. I highly recommend him for any towing services you may need. He does commercial towing as well. Give him a call!!
I can’t say enough about this place. I was passing through on my way to Illinois. I broke down in downtown San Antonio. I have AAA, so I called them. After waiting for 3 hours, I took things into my own hands and called a shop in the area. I asked if there was a towing service they recommended and they recommended Knights. I called them and they were really friendly and helpful, which is not the norm for towing companies. They came right out and within 30 minutes, had the van on the way to the shop. The driver was courteous and skilled. I just assumed that I would get gouged, but they only charged $125.
Called knights towing to have my car towed into the Tesla dealership. And he gave me an approximate time showed up was very professional and went above and beyond. I live in the downtown area and would highly recommend knights towing. He was professional kind and I appreciate the great service!
Absolutely on point. In this business you often find establishments that over promise and under deliver, Knights Towing breaks that stigma. No reason to use any other tow service!

I asked these guys to bring my wrecked Mitsubishi from the collision center to my apartment complex while I figured out what I wanted to do with it. These guys went to pick up the vehicle promptly after I let them know it was ready and brought it to my apartment complex's parking garage with 7' clearance, all the way to the top, 5th. They had a tough time getting it into a corner parking spot up there because they had to turn the truck around up there and approach in reverse to get it the way I wanted it, but they did it all without so much as a mean look or complaint. In the end, I was charged $105 as they do add $30 for use of dollies that protect your vehicles tires and transmission while in transit. Otherwise the standard towing fee was $75 for anywhere inside Loop 1604.
I called Andy on the phone and spoke to him primarily to set everything up: he was friendly and remembered me every time I called him back to give him more details to set up the tow.
I called them a second time just to move my wrecked car (smashed left rear wheel compartment) across the street to get it handed off to a flatbed hauler and they did so just fine. They came a little later this time than I expected them to, but it worked out fine as the flatbed hauler had to get set up anyway. Since it was only down the garage and across the street, they reduced their usual base fee of $75 to $60 for me and I really appreciated that since I already pay for the flatbed.
I had an emergency literately with my truck and needed to be towed right away! Never have I ever been treated so nice and in a great and professional manner by a towing company. Andy with Knights Towing sent one of his guys our in a hurry to help me out and tow my truck to my house for an affordable price. I will definitely need a tow again and will be calling Andy for their services. Thank you so much for your help Andy!

After my experience with Knight Towing I can honestly say i would only recommend them to anyone needing tow service. The service was exceptional! I called, set up a time and just like that my tow was taken care of. Very reliable with great prices!
