Last night I had a flat tire. Saturday night, everyone busy. I drive a Tesla and contacting Tesla support, we agreed to get a loner tire for me to continue with my trip and contacting Tesla support Monday to arrange my new tire. In the meanwhile, Lift Towing took care of changing the tire. The service was excellent and professional. Special thanks to Sam that helped me and not only that, he was very helpful and explained me some situations and areas of my car that I was not aware of, like the lifting areas and some other points. Thank you Sam to be above and beyond! Thank you for helping me to continue with my trip and get back to home safely.

Don’t bother calling these guys if you want to wait for a tow that has no sense of urgency for their customers. Was told driver was 15 min away then proceeded to sit and wait another hour until I finally canceled.
Thad a great experience Wednesday night after my tires blew! The service was great and made an already stressful night end smoothly! The driver went ABOVE AND BEYOND because my friends never came to pick me up so instead of leaving me on the side of a dark road he drove my truck to its destination and drove my home!! Absolutely a great company!!
After waiting for close to 2 hours for a tow from my insurance, I got a sudden update in the form of a call from Jose at Lift Towing LLC and he picked me up in 15 minutes. Music to my ears! He Was very helpful and positive and courteous the entire time. Turns out his buddy also towed my mom’s truck home a few weeks back and I felt very appreciative. Lift towing came through for me today. Will definitely be using them in the future!!
Excellent customer service we received from Hussein yesterday to tow my daughter’s Mercedes. He was very friendly and professional also great communication he called me and arrived way before the estimated arrival time. Highly recommend this company and the driver.
Mikal G. was my tow truck driver. I was told it would be 60-90 minutes for him to arrive, and he was there in around 30 minutes. He very promptly loaded my car after making sure I was comfortable in the truck. He was extremely professional but also personable and engaging. I would ask for him specifically if I needed to be to towed again. He made what could have been an awful experience much better.

Mikal is an excellent tow man. He actually had to wait longer than he was told to but I had to push my car out of the parking garage. I was so thankful he did. Take pictures of all parts of your vehicle before they tow it! My vehicle was towed at night to a tow yard with all parts attached; when it was towed to the body shop in the morning, a $300 part unaffected by the wreck had been removed from the vehicle. If it was taken at the tow yard, then they need to find a more reputable/secure tow yard.
The reason for the rating is that this happened, then they would not answer any calls or return any messages to help figure out what happened, and they sent my insurance photos from the morning to attempt to prove the part was missing before they towed the vehicle the previous night. The integrity and customer service of the business owner needs improvement.
Great service!! My moms car stalled and wouldn't restart after going through some water. Her insurance company sent Lifto and we couldn't be happier! They arrived before the earliest arrival time and got the car to the chosen destination in a very reasonable amount of time. The drivers name was Jose. Great guy. Very nice young man and pleasant to work with. I would definately recommend this company and would absolutely them again if needed. Thanks again Jose!

I thought I was going to be there waiting longer because of morning traffic, but that was not the case. I had a wonderful experience with Kamal and Lift Towing LLC. I am visiting from out of town and my rental broke down. He responded quickly delivering my replacement rental, was so kind and reassured my distress and loaded my non-functioning rental while I was already on my way.
Last Sunday, a guy from this company ran over my car, inside were my husband and my daughter in the back seat ,giving him the back, he ran over my car twice and refused to give the insurance to make an incident report, inviting my husband to fight from their truck and manipulating the cameras before the police arrived, I don't think that people like that should be driving on the road and being so unprofessional if this its false why you dont post the videos

Drivers are careless and drive really reckless on the rode. Around 5:40pm today A driver almost caused a big wreck and nearly sideswiped my car with children inside and he laughed about it!! I will make sure to pass along to my peers and post on my social media not to support this company! Please do better when choosing your drivers!!
Sam was my tow guy, he did a great job. He was able to give me a lift as well to Discount Tire so I can get my tire replaced. I'm looking for a job & recommended for me to give it a shot.
