Car broke down in the middle of a busy intersection and Tom came to my rescue. He told me 30 minutes and he was there in 30 minutes. Polite and prompt and also gave me a reasonable price. This towing service is top notch. I would highly recommend
When I tried calling other tow companies in my area, some did not even answer or call back. I have used Zayns towing in the past and both times he has been very responsive. Very quick tow service and great communication at pick up and delivery. I would use Zayn towing a third time but fingers crossed I won’t have to.

It was fast and easy and affordable. I got stranded on the middle of the highway and I was able to manage to get to the side of the road. I called the father of my kids to pick me up from where I was at mind yall my phone was on 6 percent while this happened. I turned of my car and waited for the father of my kids to get there since he was taking long I decided to get back on the highway and managed to exit the highway and get to a near by action pawn. Then after a few minutes the father of my kids picked me up took me to work and I called the towing place to pick up my car and drop it off at my mom’s house . They were a life saver I recommend them 100 percent fast and easy I texted them the information of how my car look and with in minutes they helped me . Thank you so much for your help and your efficiency to help others.

Very knowledgeable and well versed in communicating back to me: I would highly recommend this company. He waited patiently while I called the dealership and tried to get solutions for getting the car to respond. He even spoke to the BMW Master Technician to get options so as not to damage my garage and my epoxy floor.
Very quick, within twenty minutes, took maybe ten minutes to get it on the tow truck. Fast and Reliable Service, even tried to fix my car himself, unfortunately it was another issue that only a mechanic can repair. Ultimately, good and fast service. Cannot go wrong with this company.

Terrible experience. Was told they would be here in 2 and a half to 3 hours at 9:10am by my insurance. Made myself available for the tow company all day on my only day off and he never showed up. Talked to the guy 3 times throughout the day and was always told “you’re next” “you’re coming up.” My service appointment for my vehicle is tomorrow and the guy no shows with no effort in communication. It’s now 8pm and I called him 3 times and now he doesn’t answer. Terrible experience, terrible communication, and delayed repairs. Would not recommend.
Broke down in Kenedey Texas… basically no where. No mechanics were open and my insurance quoted $600 for a tow to San Antonio. I went online and saw that Zayn’s had good reviews. So glad I called. They quoted me $350 on the tow and said we could ride back with them. I think his name was Tom but I could have misheard him. He was very personable and kind. They dispatched him immediately. It was around 65 miles from where I was to the location. Took them about a hour to arrive and an hour drive back. He was also very informative about what he heard with my engine and what I should do. Looked up online and saw he was right about the breakdown being covered by Kia. All in all I am very happy with the tow. Had to pay a $25 credit card fee but the total cost was $375. Worth it to me for a 4 aclock on Saturday tow.
When I called, I was quoted a reasonable price, the estimated pick up time was within 30 minutes. The service was prompt and great care was taking in loading and unloading of my car. Thank you so much for making it as smooth as possible. I definitely recommend Zayn towing.
Great customer service. He was very helpful. My husband needed to transport his very heavy toolbox to work and we didn’t know how we would do it and they were able to help.
