My car overheated today and I was stuck on the side of I-90. I called Andy and he was able to take me and my vehicle to the autoshop I normally use. He arrived within the estimated time given and was very courteous and professional. I found his pricing to be reasonable and I would definitely recommend him. He gave me his business card and will be the first person I call if I ever find myself in an unfortunate circumstance again.

My van wouldn’t start. I already used my free tow from my insurance to get it to my house. Now I needed to pay to get it to the shop. I called Big Texas Towing and was charged $120 total which was much lower than anyone else. $120 is the hookup fee for others, plus mileage. He was right on time too. I’m thankful!
My name is Sandra and I want to share what a Great experience I had with Big Texas towing. I'm an elder lady and I was treated with respect, my questions were answered honestly and the price was so affordable. I am on a fixed budget and I recommend Big Texas towing to Anyone young and older to call them if you need a tow for a great price and helpful drivers. They came to my home and took me to the mechanic shop. They arrived promptly to my Apt after calling them within 30 minutes. My car was not drivable leaving me stranded between Houston and San Antonio. With an 1 hour and 40 minutes left to get to my destination I was stuck.
I had my fair share of bad experiences with Towing companies never arriving or being too expensive, so I really had to do my due diligence here.
This is where I met Andy, he was friendly right away on the phone and proving me quick answers to my questions and giving me a quote in less than 30 seconds. Once I gave him the go ahead I then waited.
That is when Andy arrived a little earlier than the time he gave me. I was excited to finally be going home. He picked me up in less than 10 minutes and time that remained went by quickly only feeling like 30 minutes in all honestly.
Andy is a friendly, honest, humble guy who sincerely wants to help others and provide a great service on top of that.

Andy was great from the get go. He gave me a time he could come by to give me a tow and updated me on his location whenever he could. It didn’t take him longer than 20 minutes to come pick me up. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. He’s the guy to call in a tough situation.
Andy the owner/ driver. Is by far the best tow truck operator. Not only was he quick to get to my location but he was so professional and polite. Upon calling Andy to come pick my Jeep up from having a flat tire and not able to change it, he was very prompt, professional, and super friendly when he answered, giving me an ETA and also a heads up when he was 30 minutes away. When he arrived he was very careful with my Jeep and drove as careful as can be to where we needed it dropped off. I will definitely be calling him for all my towing needs when needed. Thanks Andy!
Oh my gosh! I have many words on how great Big Texas Towing' service was, but I will simply go with Phenomenal. I had just called a different Towing company that wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for every little thing they could charge for. Big Texas Towing gave me a flat fee and delivered in record time. What would have been hours wait time with any other towing company was less than an hour with Big Texas Towing. I highly recommend them. Andy was perfect, professional, and very accommodating. They will be the only Towing company I use if needed again.
Andy the driver is incredible. He came last minute to tow my work truck . He had a great attitude and was helpful. Then he towed my car out of a tight storage! Not only that he helped me move things around to make room . He could of watched me but he helped and was down to earth. Calling him and recomending him everytime.

The wait time to get it picked was very short and he was super easy to communicate with. Overall good experience even though my car wasn’t working, made the situation feel better.
Andy came out to tow my car home after an accident. When other tow companies were too busy or wouldn't pick up the phone he came out to help, kept me updated as to an ETA and made the whole process so easy. Very reasonable pricing (1/4 what it would have cost me in Seattle), really friendly and happy to help me out.
