I would rate zero stars if I could.. Took insanely long to get to my friend and I after we had been waiting for over 2 hours. Called multiple times to ask on the status of the driver and they were extremely rude. Would not recommend! Also super overpriced

Dispatcher was rude. SAPD got involved and sent me their preferred towing company (Mission) and they were there in 10 minutes. Currently disputing charges.
They are super fast! From the time I called to the time my vehicle was towed must’ve been under an hour. They do speak very fast and waste no time so don’t expect chick fila friendliness or anything but I had no issues at all. I forgot the operators name but I think it was Juan or Joel. He was helpful in towing the car even though it was in a tough spot and could not start. $145 total for a stress free tow.
My 16 year old son called me and Said his car wouldn't start. So I called this tow company to get it towed. When I got to my son the car happened to start. So within a few minutes of calling this tow company I called back to cancel yet they still charged me $89. It's like flushing $89 down the toilet. Charged me $195 for a distance no longer than 10 miles. Told me a driver will be there within an hour and a half. Had to call back to check up on the status of driver after two hours of waiting, they assigned me a new driver after my call but then the driver called me saying the pick up destination was set as the car repair shop and drop off was my apartment when I clearly said I had my car here at my place when I had first called. My total wait time ended up being around 4 hours and I was extremely dissatisfied with their communication. If you are going to charge an arm and a leg for a tow at least match the quality of service.

Called and got a 1-1.5 hour pick up time quote. The 1.5 hours went by called and they told me I needed to wait another 30-40 minutes. 40 minutes go by I call again and they tell me I need to wait another 20-30 minutes. 30 minutes went by and they said "our driver hasn't reached out to you yet? He should've been there by now. Please wait another 5-15 minutes and he'll be there." Guy eventually pulls up and jumps starts my car, tells me to take it to wherever I bought the battery to get it replaced, he did not want to lift my car and actually tow it for the service I paid for. Got quoted $175 for the tow less than 10 miles away, once I told him I'm fine I'll look elsewhere he immediately dropped the price down to $135. Be aware of this business, I was still forced to pay the towing price even tho they did not tow my vehicle at all

The customer service of my initial call was great, nothing wrong with the coordinator. It’s the driver that I have an issue with. I’ve been waiting since 11:45am and I’m still here in the same spot waiting at 2:10pm. Im currently very pregnant and quite literally 3 days away from my due date and having mild contractions, so you could only imagine my nerves as of right now. I called to get an ETA after waiting an extra hr on top of the initial estimated time of 45min and the driver acted like he didn’t even want to be on the phone. I’ve already paid for these services, so I’m not sure what the hold up is and I’m becoming impatient. If they didn’t already take my money, I’d cancel the service and probably could’ve been taken care of quicker by another company. If you want to wait for hours, by all means this would be perfect for you, but for those who want quick service, don’t waste your time. I’ll be in active labor by the time someone shows up at this point.

Absolutely the least expensive flatbed towing I've found; paid $85 bucks when the next closest company wanted $195 (all the way up to $400 during my search). The guy who picked up my car and I had a little bit of a language barrier, but he was about the nicest person in the whole world. I wish I smiled like that when I was working. He just radiated positive energy, and we eventually worked everything out. I could feel him cheering me on in my darkest hour. I gave them a call and the guy on the phone was so rude to me. He laughed at me when I told him my issue. After asking for my credit card number over the phone, I told him I'd give it to him upon arrival. He sarcastically told me "good luck" and hung up the phone.
I was quoted $59 service call plus $60 for the tow up to 10 miles. Ryan, the owner and driver, charged me $59 for the call plus $90 for the tow even though it was less than 3 miles. When I told him it wasn’t what I was quoted, he stated that the company who dispatched him did not represent him; he represented himself. And yet they answered the phone for him and took the order and he somehow arrived to tow my car. So apparently they do represent him. I will NOT use them again!
I called to get a quote for a tow and the man who answered the phone was very rude. After he gave me the quote, I started to say that I was going to look somewhere else, but before I could finish my sentence.. he hung up on me. As soon as he heard the word "no," CLICK! I wouldn't recommend calling to get a quote from this place if they're going to get bent out of shape because you want to look elsewhere due to not being able to afford their price.
