Our motorcycle broke down just when we getting ready to stop and park at Twin Falls across the river from Rock Island State Park. We called several towing services and were blessed that Hollis, Owner of AAA Towing of Sparta, Tennessee was available on Saturday afternoon the weekend after Christmas. Hollis was picking up another vehicle when I called. He got to us by 3:30 pm as promised! Hollis is a very nice professional gentleman, and we are grateful for his dependable, friendly service. We highly recommend AAA!!!!
A lot of these reviews are for a mechanic shop, not AAA TOWING! This company has been in business since the early 90's.
I broke down, called and was promptly picked up. Better yet, not a scratch on my car and it didn't cost me a arm and leg. Tyler was super nice. ?
They do not follow there website and respond to emails within stated time frame! Lady threatened to hang up on me cause my wife was asking me questions while on the phone.. and had no care for customer service. Didn’t care to hear what we were trying to say or question just basically treated us like nothings that didn’t matter. When we were trying to tell her that legally fraud had bern committed. We have a title and proof in hand but cause you didn’t get a release and don’t care to reach out to the people you work with makes it seem like you are a part of the scam too! So that will all be handled separately in court when someone had to answer cause the non lien holder.. since we own and have title! And you don’t communicate and both of you have sent our car to auction. Yall can talk then to see who wants to reimburse our 4 grand!
Besides our unique situation the repo guys we spoke to genuinely good guys who did a job but listened and respected you. The lady who answers phones.. only limited hours and limited days.. very unprofessional and yes my wife got very unprofessional back! But she needs to learn how to speak to people already in a tense situation.. and not assume she’s better than and everyone has same story! Lastly website needs to be updated cause we never got a response like it stated. And they don’t call or email clients nor do they speak to their contractors they transport for! They don’t bother to email them either or double check paperwork or legality! And when your office reads this I sincerely hope you respond correctly because as if today our car is part of a theft case and a legal matter do anything said on this review can and will be used in court if necessary. And you might want to choose who you do business with a lil better all money isn’t good money unless your really crooked too! Cause multiple states are investigating your “partnership with Westlake! “ they have fraudulently done this so much The tn gov website has legal info of who to contact if you are a victim of this scam they do! Insurance investigation, title theft and a whole lot more! But if you tried to hear someone.. you might have known. Again unless you truly are aware and just don’t care which shows the true integrity of your business!
I have used this company several times for different vehicles. They never try to sell me up on something, they shoot it to me straight and are always more than fair. I once forgot to leave my phone number and they found me through social media. They are very good people and a great company. I would 100% recommend them
Don’t confuse these people with the corporate AAA. They named their towing business deliberately to confuse people. I guess that’s how they get business, by confusing people who don’t know better. It’s kind of scummy. It should have occurred to them that it’s pretty dumb to name their company AAA. I called them once thinking they were the other AAA.
This is a place to go for service on your vehicle,my Aunt has taken 2 vehicle's to them,and they've been the Best!!!She's a Sr.citizen,and they've been the Best!!!And let me tell u in this day and time Garages can be mean,too women, and Sr.citizens!!! But AGAIN THESE MEN ARE THE BOMB!!!!

My husband and I were moving into our new home we needed a nonworking vehicle towed about 19 miles he had really good rates also got our 26ft U-Haul stuck and came to help us recover it in a very timely manner, and at a really good price.
I waited for an hour as my app showed the countdown for the tow truck arrival... To find out that the tow truck was never en'route. A good Samaritan stopped and helped so id say the app has some bugs to work out.
Cant say much but when I called they were helpful. But they closed early mechanics should stay open later than 4 and if your backed up for 2 weeks just working 8 to 4 then there is your sign

AAA was recommended to me by a friend so I had my 1978 CJ five dropped off it has a 350 Chevy motor with block hugger headers and Tracy Davis ran 2.5 inch dual exhaust from the headers routed them inside the frame rails up and over the real axle and out the back. Exhaust tubes level with each other and tucked up high and tight. He did a very professional job looks and sounds awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I would post pictures if that was an option maybe that should be added to the site. Hint Hint?
I had to have my vehicle towed by this company. I am from out of town. The customer service is horrible. They were rude and wouldn't get off the phone to discuss my vehicle while I was there in person. I would not recommend this company nor will I use it in the future.
Great people to do business with. Not afraid to take the extra step to make sure everything is just right. Prices were much better than what was quoted at other shops.
My appointment was at 8am and I showed up about 5 minutes till. A employee named Tracy was very honest and respectful to me . The work he did on my truck was very accurate and precise I highly recommend AAA and if any of our vehicles have any troubles they will be the first to work on them.
