Horrible customer service, sub par prices, and for some unknown reason they are the only scrap yard within a 200 mile radius that doesn’t accept refrigerators! Not worth the time, gas, or energy!

This was my first time ever utilizing a recycling facility, the staff here at Cooper recycling plant all did a very good job at directing me on what I needed to do. They were very patient and polite and I was impressed by Aaron's prowess at managing the crane to remove my scrap metal. He was able to unload my trailer quickly and in a safe professional manner. Their facility is very simple to understand and use, and it was clean, efficient, and well managed. I will be returning for any future metal recycling needs! Yall are awesome, thanks you guys!

Theyre kinda rude. Maybe it's just the way they come off. Either way I feel like they could use some work in the customer service area!! Other then that they pay fairly well. I live the fact that they give you your money in a card and you walk over to their atm and get your cash their as opposed to a check!

The employee running things is extremely rude and make a point of telling how he can't take things cuz he can't make no money of it and I thought coopers was as a good business not with him

Website has misleading information on it. States plainly open at seven. I'm here at ten til seven and there is a hand printed sign in window that states 7:30
