Apparently this place is ran by unicoi county sheriff's department because when I called the guy to find out how much it would be to get my vehicle back he informed me it was going to cost me $375 that he had to tow itall the way from exit 36 to exit 37 then to make matters worse he tried scanning me out of my vehicle by telling me if i csnt afford to get it from his tow yard thsy i could just bring him the title so he could sell it when my friend showed up to get it he was trying to trade her out of it so yes he absolutely tried to scam me out of my vehicle but after paying his outrageous price i got it.....so would i recomend this crook....no why did i give 1 star because negative 1000 stars isnt an option

Wonderful experience with William! He was able to come out to us in 20 minutes instead of the 2 hours the company our insurance was sending. He tried to see if he could fix the problem first to save us the tow. He towed us 25 miles and was very helpful and kind! Would definitely recommend!

Friendly folks!

They were really rude and even when i was willing to pay what they asked for to tow my car after hour($250), they raise the price to $400 because according to them, "its for emergencies or wrecks only" if i call after hours. Just say "i don't want to go to work now"

He brought the fuel needed it to keep going. I truly wish there were more people like him in this world. Call them without thinking it twice. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. My boyfriend and I BOTH got stuck on an icy mountain road and someone was there to help us within 30 minutes of our call. He helped get both of our cars out and helped make sure we were ok in a dangerous situation. He even offered to bring us food and water in case we didn’t have enough while we were waiting. He clearly cared about our safety and wasn’t just there to get paid and leave. On top of that we were charged a fair price for the situation we were in. We were in great hands and were so thankful for that. Thank you so much!!

Extremely high tow estimate

I really wish I could give a higher review because I would. We need more people like this company in the world. I searched tow companies in my area as I'm from Johnson City & only come this way on occasion so I'm not very familiar with it except the road we was on which is pretty much the only road I know lol... but this was the first company the came up & it's who I called. The man who came was very kind while professional. I truly appreciate this man, he was so helpful & even though he didn't know us, he was still very caring of our safety & well being & it showed a lot. He obviously could of just did his job & left but he didn't, he reminded me what it was like to be kind & understanding in this world. a little kindess always goes a long way. If you're reading this trying to see which company to choose, I highly suggest you use this company! Definitely will not regret

All I know is that you all didn't tow my (Wanda Musick Toney ) car anywhere. It's a Chrysler 300c with a hemi automatic with a 5spéed manula. Don't let anyone fool uns. Seems like people are back to stealing and selling cars and trucks that don't belong to them. This is my car but one main financial owns it till the loan gets paid and the only insurance I have is the lowest coverage through Lavender. Great company. So beware of schemes and make sure everything is legal because my car ain't for sale. Thanks to you all for letting me know!!!❤️

Edwards Towing was the cleanest, nicest, most professional towing service I have ever experienced in my life. He arrived exactly when he said he would, he was quick, and he even waited for our ride to arrive so we would be on the side of the road - all on a Sunday evening! If you need any towing service in the area - call them!

I called to have my mom's car towed to Larry Ayers and it was a fast and friendly service and affordable

Awesome, friendly service and very reasonable. Did a great job getting my pickup out of a difficult place to get to.

Came and picked me up very quickly after my car broke down on the highway. Affordable ,and gave me and my car a ride to a safe place. Would recommend to everyone.
