My family and I took a trip to Gatlinburg, TN, for New Year's Eve/day. We live in Marin, N.C. While on the way back, our car broke down on the side of the road. The road was called James H. Qullien Parkway, TN. It was cold and my elderly mother, grandparents, and two small dogs were in the car. My grandmother needs oxygen so we needed to get help. The Knoxville State Trooper called us a wrecker. The wrecker was Roy Robinson. He was very kind and helpful. Roy drove two of my family members and our two small dogs to the Holiday Inn in Johnson City, TN. The State Trooper drove my grandparents in his car. We are grateful and appreciative of what Roy did for our family. Roy Robinson works at Malone’s Wrecker Service in Erwin, TN.

We needed a truck towed from the side of the interstate, called Malones and they sent their driver James. James arrived promptly and was so friendly and courteous. We highly recommend them if needed.
