Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name, but this guy was a literal hero for me. It's almost midnight on a Sunday, I'm stranded because my tire was off the bead, and I'm freaking out. AAA wasn't sending anyone to help, so I called around and found Jones Towing. Other companies wanted to charge $50-60 just to help change a tire, but this gentleman said "don't worry about it, I'll come help". He not only helped us lift the car, he paid for the air to my tire ??? this guy is a gem! If you need roadside assistance in Bristol, call him!!
