We broke down not to far from Carl's station. He worked us in and towed us home. Carl saved us a lot of aggravation. Thank you.

I arranged for a tow to my home and gave clear instructions for the car to be placed on the left side of my driveway. The driver ignored those instructions and even left a voicemail threatening to drop the car in the middle of my driveway if I didn’t call him back immediately.When I called the company on Monday morning, I was told they would “speak to the driver.” I asked for a follow-up call to explain what was done about my complaint, and I waited all day but never received a call back. Instead, their only response was to offer a “discount next time,” which doesn’t resolve the poor service I received. This was unprofessional, dismissive, and not how a company should treat paying customers.

We used Carl's this week and they were amazing. Very professional, on time and didn't charge and arm or leg. Highly recommend their service. Bruce & Angie Stevens

Carl's East End Service is the best! My car needed to be towed and it was going to be difficult. Steve went above and beyond anyone else ever. Steve was able to get a different truck out to my vehicle to make sure it was towed to where it needed to get to. His customer service is beyond amazing, and truly appreciated. I recommend Carl's to anyone.

Honestly had my car towed due to some unforseen circumstances...I hadn't spoken with anyone in a week or 2.I needed my tag,called n when u arrived the lady took me to the vehicle and said I could get anything that I needed no problems!Which was very nice considering the circumstances.I had a floor jack that was under the car at time of towing.It was missing and I asked about it.She said if it turned up they call.I never thought much of it and was grateful to get my tag.2 days later i get a call they found it.They could have easily kept it,same with my belongings.They were just decent cordial people which was a nice change.Thats just my 2 cents of a story but form what u will outta that.I wouldn't have any issues doin business with them again but my review is more on the character of the ppl and the business not so much money or towing..

They gave me the best price from all the places I called. They were polite and helpful. All around great experience!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Do not use this company. I was sitting on the side of the road and called for a tow. The owner said he would be to get me in 2.5 hours, after 3 hours no one had come so I called again and was told that he was backed up and would not be coming to get our truck. He had my number but instead of calling me and telling me he wasn't going to do it he left me sitting on the side of the road for 3 hours. This is the most horrible business I have ever seen. I called exit 7 towing and they were here in 45 minutes.

My car was totaled in an accident. The driver was fast, efficient, and helpful. When I got to the lot, Ms Viola (owner) was a gem. I will reccomend everyone to use them!

This company is absolutely great! I called them due to my mom being broken down and needing a tow to a service center. The gentleman actually got her vehicle started and charged her a very minimal amount for driving all the way to where she was. They called to let me know they got her taken care of and were so nice. I highly recommend using their services.

Many vehicles to choose from with various price ranges. Very easy to schedule appointments and test drives. More difficult to negotiate a fair market price for condition of cars on the lot. Many promises of repairs to current stock and availability of more choices. The prices on their vehicles are firm and sometimes higher than Kelley Blue Book value. Other lots are more willing to negotiate and put you in something to drive!

I had the pleasure to work with Donny. He was kind helped me even after the office was closed. Great towing business will call again. And will tell me friends to use this company!

He's down for a car need to do a good job if you're down and out they'll definitely try to help you any way they can I would not use anybody else but them to haul my car

Seriously nice and reliable people! They were extremely quick in helping me when my car just broke down in the middle of the road at school and business times. I was going to be blocking everything but they came over so fast and immediately started taking care of the problem & brought my car to the auto repair shop of my choice.

Outstanding people. Came right out as soon as I called and tried to jump off the battery, but was unsuccessful due to no fault of Carl’s. He threw everything he could at the problem to resolve it. I appreciate their efforts!

By far the quickest, cheapest, and friendly towing service I have ever had to use. If anyone finds themselves in a pinch, I highly recommend these guys! They helped me out immensely!!!

We was in a tight spot and the car broke down and got towed away before we could fix it. They were very kind and worked with us on getting the car back. They negotiated and got us a price we could afford and even towed it somewhere that would could work on the car for a reasonable price.

These guys were excellent to deal with. They even discounted my bill to help me out, and changed my flat tire for me at no charge. They were very nice to me and really helped me out in a time of need, I really appreciate all their help, give them a call!

I was in a car accident 2 weeks ago. They were very kind and empathetic. When I went to clean my car out the accommodated me and my 6 month old son. Very professional and helpful.

I just want to say that my whole experience with Carl's Towing was a pleasant one. From my initial phone call to my experience with Steve the driver. Everyone was a joy to deal with. I would give them 5 stars, but I thought it was a little pricey for a trip that was less than 2 miles. Thanks Carl's towing!!!?

Horrible experience with these people. They charged a $125 for a 2 1/2 mile tow. Plus $30 a day for storing it and was completely unhelpful when it came to getting things in my car and acted like they would have to charge more if it were weekends or past regular hours. I DONT RECOMMEND USING THESE GUYS IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

We have waited over 3 hours for a tow that would be 1.5 miles from our home. Called 3 times was told it would be 30 mins. Called back now they are having trouble with the tow truck. Edgemont is already on the way to the car and its cheaper. We recieved no call from the truck driver stating there was a problem.

You sometimes hear horror stories about used car lots. But I am here to tell you they blew all of my expectations out of the water. They are friendly god fearing people and i wouldnt buy a used car anywhere else but here. Keep up the great work Carl's east end towing. Also didnt have any mechanical issues with the vehical i purchased here.

Viola & Donnie went WAYYYYYYYY above the call of duty to secure and locate a vehicle for my dealership that a customer took under false pretenses. We are located in metropolitan Atlanta and they really took care of us. If you are in the Tennessee area and are in need of tow services or any service that the provide, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that these are great people and they will do the right thing for you if you are lucky enough to be one of their customers. I've been using this wrecker service for several years and could not ask for better. The owners are very friendly and will go out of their way to help. Both drivers are professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have Never received such horrible attitude and service or should I say lack of service from a wrecker service in my life! I will never again use this company, the driver was very rude and complained about changing a tire, which he did not end up changing! I made sure my insurance company knew what happened.
