I've used different towing companies, either there prices are to high or not on time. I'm never calling anyone else but Memphis Towing they were extremely professional, fast, and reasonable prices. This tow truck company damaged my vehicle February 9th, 2024. I had it towed from my house to a local Firestone. I took pictures before the tow truck driver arrived and there was no damage to my vehicle. The tow truck driver called me on the way to deliver my truck to Firestone and said he had a blowout on his tow truck while transporting my vehicle and he was late delivering my vehicle to Firestone, he arrived around 6:30 pm ,which the agreed delivery time was 6:00 pm. I arrived at Firestone February 16th around 4:45 to pick up my vehicle and noticed my bumper on the back passenger side was cracked and the paint was scraped off. I immediately got camera footage from Firestone and it showed my vehicle was delivered damaged. I immediately called the towing service and explained the matter and they told me the tow truck driver is no longer employed with their company and hung the phone up. I called the tow truck company back and tried to contact the driver, they have both disconnected their phones and the number is no longer in service. My Lawyer will be contacting the company for a lawsuit! How dumb can you be when cameras are everywhere!😡😡😡 You are a sorry lie, Your tow truck driver dropped my truck while towing my truck. I have shared this review on every social media platform, Your sorry tow truck driver admitted he dropped my truck and to contact you all for insurance information! This is the worst tow truck company I have ever used! Karma is Real!
