What clients say about Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bartlett (TN)

After contacting 3 other local dealerships that couldn’t get me in for a week, Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram came to the rescue! I had car trouble while I was here visiting from Florida and they were able to look at my vehicle the next day. My service advisor, Stephanie Rojas, was truly an angel in disguise! She went above and beyond to get my car looked at, helped me with transportation back to my sister’s house, and even contacted the dealership in Florida, that I recently bought my car from, to let them know they installed an engine filter incorrectly to ensure I didn’t have to pay for their mistake. Stephanie deserves a raise and a round of applause

Great place to look for a vehicle. And the salesman Samir is great. He is very professional and he makes you feel good about buying a vehicle or just wanted to look at one. I been to at least 10 car lots or more. Wolfchase was the best.

I came for an oil change at 3:25. I called earlier in the day and asked when the cut off time was, and told them I work till 3pm. I was told as long as I was there before 3:30 I could be seen today. When I get there I tell the lady’s at the desk that I’m there for an oil change, they asked some older guy there and he just looked at his watch and said it’s too close to 3:30 he has to has to come back tomorrow. I had already paid online and wasted the gas to drive across town after I was assured I could be seen today.

I was disappointed with my experience at this dealership. Unfortunately, I encountered significant customer service issues during the registration process. There was an error made with my registration information, and instead of taking responsibility for correcting it in a convenient manner, I was asked to drive from downtown to Wolfchase to resolve a mistake that was not mine.
My interactions with Holly and Brett were particularly frustrating. I found their communication to be unprofessional and lacking the level of courtesy and customer care I expected. Fortunately, Paul and the driver were helpful and made an effort to assist, but the underlying issue should not have occurred in the first place.
Customer service, accountability, and attention to detail are essential in this industry. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership and hope management takes steps to improve both customer interactions and internal processes.Jun 12, 2026 -
Tried to purchase a vehicle from
This location and the whole entire process was a NIGHTMARE! From the salesmen’s, the
Communication as well as the management! The Sales Managers communication is HORRIBLE! The jeep I was wanting to purchase had an exhaust leak and the radio did not work . They promised to
Fix everything and have everything ready by a certain date. I had taken off work to go throughout the process of purchasing. Arrive the car was still in service because the service tech dropped a screw inside of engine area which caused a delay. Upon test driving the car AGAIN! The radio did not work , the jeep drove way differently than the first initial test drive . Everything was a waste of time ! They don’t remember anything , will tell you to come and set appointments.. you’ll arrive and they’re looking at you like they’ve seen a ghost or say “Oh i forgot to tell you to come today” ! Seriously, this is a purchase pf a vehicle not a happy meal! Very unprofessional! Everyone is new as well so the lack of knowledge is barely there . You ask a question , they’re going to ask 2-3 people for the answer . Nobody has time to waste .May 04, 2026 -
I truly enjoyed working with Wolfchase Dodge to buy my new Jeep Compass… Malik was great and so was Tatiana… good experience

The most incompetent and unprofessional people ive ever delt with. After spending 2 weeks trying to get our jeep back, after 2 weeks of calling and being left on hold, after 2 weeks of being told "Chase" would call us back we finally get our jeep back. 1 month later while getting ready to leave town, we opened the hood to check something and the entire top guard plate was gone. Never replaced by the technician. All the wires and components are exposed. The replacement the dealership put on is a cover that does not go to our jeep. It goes to a 4 cylinder of sone kind. It does not fit properly and we will now have to return on Monday to speak with the manager. A 200 dollar part goes missing while its in their care and then they try and give us a beat up used one that they got from who knows where. This place is an embarrassment of a business. We've already decided to file a complaint with the BBB about this. So many unprofessional people. Every single one of them has proven to be nothing but incompetent.

April 23,2026. Went for a oil change everything went fine until the technicia park my vehicle in the handicap spot when he got done servicing my vehicle I’m not handicap and that should be reserved for someone that is handicap and it sait there a good 20 minutes waiting on the paperwork so they could close out the tickets handicap spaces should be reserved for those that truly needed it. Luckily no one came by that was handicap and needed to
park there,Apr 23, 2026 -
My wife Susie and I had a wonderful experience at Wolfchase Chrysler, Dodge. Our salesman Brian and manager Stuart didn't pressure us like we had endured at a different dealer. Brian took the time to listen to us and assess our needs. We ended up buying a Chrysler Pacifica Limited the next day at a very good price. We have a much nicer car than we ever imagined. Thank you.

Worst Experience from a Service Department. We sent our customer in for service to diagnose a faulty starting system. We Got the diagnosis From the Service advisor and paid for the repairs. Our customer picked up the vehicle and did not make it two miles down the street. Now they want to charge us again for their mis diagnosis. Do yourself a favor and avoid this service department at all cost.

After multiple visits and now weeks of dealing with ongoing issues, I can confidently say this has been the worst dealership service experience I have ever had.
My Chrysler Pacifica initially began having serious electrical issues—every sensor light coming on and systems shutting down. The alternator and battery tested fine, and because of our extended warranty, we were required to go through a dealership. After a terrible experience at the Covington Pike location (14 hours total in the lobby across three visits with no answers), we chose this location hoping for better service.
I was told that if I brought my vehicle in at 7:00 AM, it would at least be diagnosed that same day. That did not happen. What followed has been over two weeks of my van sitting there with little to no progress, poor communication, and constant runaround. I have had to call daily for updates, often sitting on hold for extended periods (up to 45 minutes) or not getting through at all. Promised callbacks almost never happen, and emails go unanswered.
At one point, I was told they were waiting on a part that was supposed to arrive a week prior—with no explanation as to why another wasn’t ordered. Meanwhile, I’m a mom of three young children without reliable transportation. They do not offer courtesy vehicles, and my warranty only covers a rental for five days—something that doesn’t come close to covering the length of this delay.
When I FINALLY got my vehicle back after over two weeks, the check engine light (one of the original issues) came back on the same day, and the grinding/creaking noise I initially reported was still there—completely unresolved. From day one, I insisted the noise was coming from the driver’s side, as I could feel and hear it under my feet while driving. I was repeatedly told it was the passenger side, and those parts were replaced multiple times.
After bringing it back again the very next morning, they finally confirmed I was right all along—a busted bushing and tie rod on the driver’s side. I was then told to bring the car back AGAIN for warranty photos, only for the claim to be denied because the photos they submitted showed “no issue.”
Now, I cannot get anyone to respond. Calls go unanswered or result in long hold times, and our service advisor has not responded to emails.
At this point, I have spent $450 in deductibles across two Chrysler dealerships, and not a single issue I originally brought the vehicle in for has been properly fixed.
The only consistent positive is that the front desk staff answering phones are polite—but they are rarely informed, and politeness does not make up for the complete lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through.
I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. In fact, I will actively warn others to avoid this location—and honestly, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram service departments in this area altogether. This experience has been beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.Mar 23, 2026 -
A huge THANK YOU to Service Manager Chase for getting our vehicle in, repaired and on the road when stranded on a cross country trip. He was professional with excellent communication throughout the entire process. When we were in desperate need of assistance he came through for us in a major way. Thank you again for a job well done! We appreciate you!

I brought my 2018 Challenger, in which I purchased brand new here 7 years ago, because a headlight was out. A couple of guys from the parts department checked it and said I needed to purchase a new light. They also installed it for me.The type of light is an HID, priced at $450. I don't mind spending the money when needed. But 6 weeks later, the new headlight went out. I took it back and a service advisor and 1 of the mechanics (ladies) assisted me. They asked was my fuse checked the last time. Because that type of light is supposed to last several, several years. It turned out to be the fuse. A NO COST FIX. I was quite upset that it wasn't checked the 1st time. I was misinformed and misled into purchasing this light. I have only brought my Challenger here for service, so I trust what is told to me. I called the parts manager, Darren, to see if he would speak to the service manager about possibly a few complimentary oil changes or something. After spending $450 unnecessarily. I NEVER received a call back and I feel that could have been a great opportunity to extend exceptional customer service. This review is being left because I do not feel I received customer care. Thank you.

Just bought a car from Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bartlett, TN. Salesman Malik was extremely helpful in doing all he could to help us feel comfortable with this purchase since we were buying from out of state. He face timed with us showing us the car, answered all of our questions with the many calls and text messages made between us and was great at getting all of the paperwork done for us. Car was delivered to us at our home in the condition we expected.

Everything went smooth and precise. The time from when the purchase process started to me actually receiving the vehicle was quick. The only issues i had was the misinformation i received from the finance department and the service department. My intentions was to purchase the vehicle outright with no financing. The dealership informed me that i would save a thousand dollars if i financed the vehicle. They also said that i had to finance the vehicle for four months before paying it off. After I contacted the finance company, they told me that information was incorrect and that I could pay off the vehicle at anytime. The next issue was with the service department. I noticed a slight scratch on the vehicle and I notified the service department. After I took the vehicle to get the scratch removed, they took down my phone number to contact me about fixing the scratch. They never did reach out to me.

If you like like your time to be wasted. Look no further. They will have the vehicle listed at one price online. Then bring out a sales sheet where the prices seems to have increased significantly (nearly 7,000). That’s just the base price. Buyer beware just another dealership with predatory sales tactics.

Only problem was I didn't want plastic bedliner that was already in the truck. Was told it wasn't included in price anyway. I got spray in liner and they wanted to c h arge me to take the liner I didn't want out. They ended up not charging me so it turned out. I don't understand why you would put an option like that in before you know if customer wants that. Seemed sneaky to me

I truly wanted to have a great run with CDJR Wolfchase being that it seemed so great up front. Unfortunately this brand new vehicle was broken down for 3 out of the four months I had had it before I tried to find a way to get it back to the dealer. This has just been one of the worst experiences with car purchasing that I’ve ever had. I voiced my concerns and took their advice on how to make this right, but it was a tiring game of the runaround. No one seemed to care about the tremendous amount of repair this vehicle needed that I bought with not even 100 miles on it.

My sales person was Chris. You couldn't ask for a better person. He was so very patient and explained all details to my husband and I. He never left us during the entire process. This man deserves a raise. Thanks Chris. You made this process as painless as it could possibly have been. Tatiana was in finance. She also is very good with people and her job. Thank you also.

I just purchased a brand new Grand Cherokee from Wolfchase Jeep and Gabriel was my salesman. He did a phenomenal job walking me through the process and ensuring I received exactly what I purchased. He made this process so easy and a breeze to get through. Tatiana was also fantastic, you can tell they value customer satisfaction!!!

This review is for the service department and service department only. I purchased my truck in another state. I have brought my vehicle here for service a few times. I have always felt like they were more expensive than other Ram service centers in the area. Recently I went in because I was having an issue with my tail light. I initially thought it was a wiring issue because the tail light would work and then stop. Fast forward to the service team checking the tail light. All of a sudden the issue is I needed to replace the entire tail light wrong harness which I was later told would cost close to $300 (part 120 the rest labor). I said don't do anything right now let me call around to other ram dealers. Mopar has the part for $37. Well I called the Collierville location and was told that the only dealership that had the part in stock was Homer Skelton Ram in Millington. I called them and was advised they had the part and it was only $60 but they were backed up and couldn't get to it until the next week. Homer Skelton proceeded to tell me that the entire job would cost closer to $150...if that. I then tell the service rep here that I would take it elsewhere for service. She then calls the technician and tells himself the same and to pull the truck around.
On my way home something wasnt sitting right with me so I pulled over at autozone and got a bulb. I removed the cover and noticed they broke one of the prong inserts that holds the cover in place...oh well. I inserted the new bulb and everything was working perfectly. I'm upset that they tried to play me and charge me $300 when a $6 bump solved the issue. I will not go back here.Dec 21, 2025 -
I recently purchased a 2025 Volkswagen from this dealership, and unfortunately, the experience turned into a real disappointment. I initially planned to buy the car entirely with cash, but they insisted on structuring part of the payment through a loan to "help them out." I agreed, trusting them to handle the financing process responsibly.
What happened instead is that they ran my credit eight separate times with eight different banks, resulting in eight hard inquiries that have dramatically lowered my credit score. This kind of practice is not only inconsiderate; it's downright harmful to a customer's financial health. People deserve to know how this dealership treated me so they can think twice before doing business here. In summary, I'm very disappointed and would strongly caution others.Dec 14, 2025 -
As someone who has experience working in a service department of a dealership, I am extremely disappointed with the service department.
We brought my husband’s truck in for what should’ve been straightforward warranty repairs, only to walk away with more issues than we started with. Not only were additional sensors broken during their “repair,” but instead of owning up to the mistake, they patched it together with a redneck fix and sent us on our way.
After a week of driving, more electrical problems started popping up. Today we opened the hood and sure enough—the exact kind of sloppy work you’d expect when someone cuts corners instead of actually solving the problem. What’s worse is the service advisor kept insisting their “best technician” worked on it and that’s why it took so long the first time. If this is their best, I’d hate to see their worst.
We’ve spent over $3,000 here—even though the truck is under warranty—and we’re still having problems. We’ve called, we’ve visited in person, and every time we’re brushed off like it’s no big deal. Meanwhile, we can’t even drive to the grocery store without the truck going into limp mode 6–7 times in a single trip. That is absolutely not reliable, not safe, and not acceptable.
Save your time, your money, and your sanity. This service department refuses to take responsibility, does subpar work, and offers zero customer care. We regret ever trusting them with our vehicle.Nov 14, 2025 -

This was a hectic but awesome experience. It was hectic only because of my present car situation but when I met Mr. Marty, he made things all better. With his knowledge and exceptional customer service he was guaranteed to get a sale out of me. This young man was so adamant About my needs that he came to personally pick me up to bring me back to the dealership. This is what I call diligence and dedication. I would definitely be referring my family and friends to this dealership and wishing the best for Mr. Marty.

My experience was great. Was I nervous?? YES. God seen fit. Carl Oliver and the rest of the team made it work. They were all great and professional. My expectation was not to receive what I drove off the lot with. I came in an Uber, but left out in a Lincoln MKX. This is all God and me stepping out on faith. Go and see them. I promise it will be worth your while. Thank You all again. #FAITH #TRUST #BELIEVE
