Today I called the sanitation department to inform them that I had stuff to be removed but it was in a dumpster bag. I have called twice but they could have informed me that they couldn’t pick up my in another vendor’s box. Therefore my trash has sit over the weekend. The personnel is never friendly when I called. I am paying taxes for these services. I have had issues with them destroying our trash bins and not replacing it until I call to complain. Those drivers know that they have torn the lids off and should call into their office for repairs . Again this year I am having issues with Bartlett waste management, called spoke with someone about picking up some debris in a dumpster bag, told it was not a problem and I also offered to pay any additional fee for the pickup. I understand that last week it stormed all day up until Friday, no pick up and Monday the same.
During pickup yesterday the lid and handle from my trash bin got taken off and is nowhere to be found. I called it in and the immediately told me that they would send someone to repair the bin. This is awesome, I expected a run around instead got great service as usual.
Bartlett has the best Sanitation dept. we have ever dealt with...no delays, no messes and courteous people throughout the dept. we have been here 28 years and have never had a complaint. Thank you Bartlett!
Outstanding! Bartlett’s trash pickup is amazing! They will pickup practically anything and never leave a mess. As with all of Bartlett’s services, I feel like I get great value for my tax dollars (and fee) dollars.
I'm sort of disappointed with you all today. Before I left my house I took the trash out and put it at the front. Yet, when I came home there was trash on my grass, in the driveway, and around the area where I put the trash barrel. I find this really disrespectful. This is about the third or fourth time this has happened this year.
Great recycling center, accepts old electronic equipment, propane tank's, old oil and all the normal paper and plastic. I would highly recommend this location.
Would be 5 stars if the doors on the bins were larger but it's perfect for all your recycling needs. Conveniently placed next to the animal shelter and very clean.
