The location is very convenient. The store was very clean. The staff were friendly but need to be trained to be more knowledgeable about the products being sold. I inquired about the difference between the types of windshield wipers. The response I received was "I'm not sure. If I had to guess, it is just the way they are marketed." O'Reilly you can do better.
Mr. Willie was honest and I would definitely continue to drive past many to seek an auto parts store that doesn't upset to women.
He got me what I needed and saved me over $400 that Wolfchase Firestone on Highway 64 in Bartlett, TN insisted that I needed in repairs.

Shoutout to Willi at O’Reilly Auto Parts! I had just bought a brand-new alternator from O’Reilly the day before, and it ended up being no good. I was frustrated and stressed, especially since it was blazing hot outside. Willi still came out, tested both my battery and alternator, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His patience and professionalism really stood out. In a moment when I desperately needed help, he delivered excellent customer service. I truly appreciate the support!

I came to the store on Tuesday to get a part for my vehicle and for them to help me put it on when I ask Brian can he help me he acted like he didn’t hear me and I asked him to his face and he did the same thing. Terrible customer service I have ever had will not come back again.
My first visit to O’Reilly off whitten rd in Bartlett is when I met this most wonderful employee named Brian. That first time I just needed a diagnostic reading on my vehicle. He was so very helpful! So the next time I went there I specifically looked for him and thank god he was there. I needed the same thing done on our other vehicle, there was a few more things wrong with it, but he took the time and patience to explain everything. This man deserves a raise!!!
I always look for Brian when I visit Orellys. Always TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND APPROACHABLE! IF I pass by and see that blue truck I know he's there. TOP NOTCH!
I brought my rotors to this location to have them turned and resurfaced and these guys did an excellent job. I was able to pick my rotors up within two hours and the customer service was top-notch and Brian and the staff did good and I will be back.
I have never been to O'Reilly. I have always used Autozone until last week. Customer service was phenomenal at O'Reilly! Every employee made eye contact, spoke hello and I received help in what I came for. I will be making O'Reilly my new auto store.
My wife’s car died while I’m the Kroger parking lot across the street. I was jumped off and drove directly to this location across the street. I was immediately assisted and helped to diagnose the problem of a faulty battery. Johnny who was a manager installed my battery, made sure my vehicle started, and got me back on the road. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Brain is the goat(greatest of all times) I felt like I was in an auto mechanic class. He explained everything on a level that I could understand. He was also very patient.I would recommend this location for excellent service and information . Yes, I will shop here again, Brain works the morning shift.

I am editing my review of this store. Went back to the store to get some parts last week I will no longer go to this store. The kids running the store never spoke and had the music turned up loud. I don't know if there was a management change or what but I won't be back.

I always get great service at Oreillys. If Brian is working he knows cars like the back of his hand. I can usually get what I need there and I can get honesty. No smoke, just truth. Love Oreillys. Blessings.
A step up from your average large change auto parts store. Stock that you’d expect from a warehouse store. Quick overnight restock if they don’t have it on hand.
Alex was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out. He actually put my bulbs in for me with no hesitation!! He was also very informative and gave me some tips on the maintenance.
I recently purchased a bulb for my low beam head light that went out and the guy working at a different location could not help me with installation. I went home to see if my husband could do it but he is disabled and has a hard time seeing so I went back to this O'Reilly location on Kirby Whitten and asked if anyone there could help me. Jose quickly told me he could do it. He came out and walked me personally through the process of removing the old bulb and replacing the new bulb. It took him all of 5 minutes to do it. He was so, so nice and helpful. He told me what days he works and if I ever need anything or help with anything else to come back and he would be glad to help me. How awesome was this! I am truly appreciative for Jose's help! I totally recommend this O'Reilly Auto Parts because of Jose!!! He is the kindest person and extremely knowledgeable! I will not go to any other location after his help and friendliness.
Brian made sure my battery was diagnosed first before replacing it. He made sure that is what was wrong with it. He even replaced the battery for me in 40 degree weather! He had an upbeat attitude and was extremely polite. Every customer that came in seemed to know him and have a good rapport with him. Even his coworkers seemed to have a good time with him! i am truly grateful and appreciative of the young man Manuel ( I probably misspelled his name). Still in high school and he knew more then most grown men. Very helpful changing battery checking starter and alternator.. Best customer service by far... ?????..... oh this was after trying to get battery replaced at Walmart. They said they needed a special tool. This young man done it with ease. Again if you need something done check them out. This young man alone made this place 5 stars for me Thank you again. God bless
I see all the wonderful reviews wish I could say the same.They would not look up what I needed for my car. I needed a fuse I told the girl it’s the power socket for changing cell phones and I said I can’t get it out they told me they don’t do fuses. I said ok my family highly recommended me to find Your establishment that you all would surly help me. I left went to Auto Zones and they helped me happily looked up what I needed with no problem and put it in for me go figure. Maybe I came at the wrong time with the wrong staff. I will not be back that’s for sure. Customer service I did not receive it.
Brian is great to deal with! He is very professional and changed my battery within 10 minutes. I usually hate going to the part store, however after my experience with him I won’t be so hesitant anymore!

Just recently having moved from Atlanta to Arlington, Tn, I am amazed at the friendliness of people in the local and surrounding cities that I have frequented. People have been so helpful. Anyway my visit to O'Reilly's was the same awesome friendliness. I was promptly helped with items I couldn't find and things I needed from behind the counter yet. Great customer service and with a real SMILE!
Great staff and selection. Less convenient location that the AutoZone down the street. Would recommend O'Reilly over the AutoZone for its higher quality and step-above service they provide. They have equal inventory from my experience and I like having the detailed receipts.
