If you're looking for architectural antiques Doc's is the place. Everything from windows, doors, stained glass, bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, chandeliers, signs, bars, back bars and so much more, I can't name it all.
Only good if you’re looking for a door. Not really much of interest items for me. But if anyone knows where good deal on some gas station signs are. Let me know
Awesome and unique are the best words to describe this store. A little bit of everything as far as antiques. But the shop really shines when looking for antique doors, door hardware and internal wood features. You need to see it to understand it. Great staff that were very knowledgeable and took the time to understand your vision.

Huge selection of architectural salvage! If you are restoring old home this is the place to go. It did seem a tad pricey, but I don't feel like I'm very knowledgeable in this area.
They have some hidden gems here and the prices are fair. Just be warned that if it's cold out side it will be freezing inside the store. Besides that it's a great find with friendly staff
This place has to be seen to explain! I found this place while looking for stuff to start my restoration of my house. I found heaven! Go look! Amazing to see so many old doors and to see José work stripping them down! Completely changed my mind on my restoration!
This place is amazing. We are in the process of renovating our third old house and I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for antique house parts. We spent hours in there in awe of all the beautiful pieces.
It’s just crazy how much unique and interesting stuff there is here! You could search for hours! So much to look at and if you are looking for something truly unique to add to your home, this is the place. Woodwork, bars and bar backs, doors, windows, mermaid carvings, lamps, signs, it’s all here.
Very neat place. Extremely large inventory of salvage items. Prices are very high, but they seem to have everything you would need to restore an old location with peroid accurate items. Everything for furniture, to knobs and hardware. The building itself needs to be organized but really cool and historic location.
Fascinating place to visit, but not to shop. The building is a wonderland of the bizarre and improbable. Unfortunately, the stock is poorly organized, and prices are a joke. I'm not sure if the intent is to prompt haggling, but I wouldn't be so inclined. Even if I found something of interest, I'd probably just shrug at the asking price and leave.
There are also safety issues including precariously balanced heavy items and missing floor boards. I wouldn't bring small children into the building.
Interesting place to walk around. The prices are astronomically high! They wanted $18 each for some drawer pulls that were in bins full of salvaged ones. I reluctantly offered$10. He said that's what he paid. Hahahahaha! If he is paying that to salvage old hardware, he is in the wrong business! Ludicrous prices on everything. Cool place to look at though.
Springfield gem. Lovely place to have a look around. So many beautiful pieces, bars, pictures, light fixtures, hinges, furniture, and many random lovely items. Staff are super friendly, I could have had a chat lasting hours. If you love antiques and different things you will not want to miss Doc’s Architectural Salvation.
Drove from Knoxville TN to visit Doc's hoping to get some parts for our Victorian house. The place is a mess ! Very dirty, unorganized and even the employees don't know where to find anything. Almost everything we looked at was damaged, rusted, some/most beyond repair. We did find a few of the things we were looking for and when we gave them to the lady for pricing she had to text pics of the items for pricing. Then came the worst of it. The prices were outrageous! Two to three times what other salvage stores are asking for the exact same products. A steeple hinge with paint and rust on it with one bent steeple was quoted at $40. I found the same hinge at an antique mall down the road for $5. Sorry, this place is NOT worth the prices for the low quality products they are offering.
Tons of antiques. Confusing to find if you're not looking for a small sign. It's next to the Police Dept if anyone has trouble finding it. Me and my wife circled the block twice before seeing the sign. This place has all sorts of items that will make the home style antique lover drool.

Doc’s salvage in Springfield Tennessee was such an amazing experience! Doc has so many unique items that you will not find anywhere else. I have purchased many things from doc, and I will continue to go back for all the character pieces! Doc is such a kind hearted man, willing to health and find whatever you might be looking for! I highly recommend going to Doc’s salvage if you are looking for unique pieces, or if you just need something to do, it is a blast to look around his shop.
HUGE amount of absolutely the most amazing antique items. Big and smalls. I have never seen so many beautiful pieces and probably never would if it wasn't for this gem of a place being in my hometown. I love that a lot of the pieces have a tag telling where they are from. Kind of like a treasure hunt with history attached. Something different all the time and the owner is the coolest guy. The staff os always knowledgeable and fun. I love just going in and walking around. It's like stepping through time. I wish they had a job opening !!

So put on your "pickin pants" and get after it! You will find that perfect item just right over there. Oh and tell Pedro hi and be sure to ask him questions because he knows his stuff.
Doc's was a very cool little place. They have a huge selection. I think the pricing on some things is a little high, but they will do bulk pricing which is nice. There is some much to look at it can be a bit overwhelming, especially since they have multiple buildings with multiple floors. I will definitely be stopping in next time I am in the area, but I will probably need a few hours to look at everything.
I could spend days going through all the wonderful stuff. One of the best architectural salvage selections I have seen. First time visit to get a pair of doors and they have so many to choose from. Got a great deal and Doc helped us personally find the size and type we wanted. Will definitely be back to get more treasures.
This place is must visit. You need a couple hours to make it through the whole place. If you go on a Saturday, you will be welcomed with donuts. I have always had very positive experiences with regard to prices and negotiating, so it is unfortunate that the person who clearly did not had a bad experience. In fact, I've not really had to negotiate, the prices were spot on and I'm not a big spender. It's a wonderland...seriously. Just go!
I have been purchasing thing from Doc's for about 15 years now. The staff and owners are amazing. And, you can't find this stuff anywhere else. My husband and I build reclaimed treasures for clients and would never go anywhere else for materials - they are fast, have two locations full of stuff, and it's on of the few places that I can say is actually authentic left in the U.S. Love those guys.
Almost a year ago my husband and I purchased for over $300 a screen door. We have yet to see it. We have called and emailed repeatedly and have been treated courteously and assured that it will be taken care of. But it is all talk. We had also bought a $600 light fixture that after much prodding was eventually sent. The door... I believe I will never see the door that we paid for. They have not offered to return our money. If you are from out of town and find something you like at Doc's and they tell you they can ship to you- beware- they just want to sell you the item and not deliver the goods. Very sad.
