I drove over something that flattened 2 tires and I was more than 50 miles from home not knowing the area. I called Chosen in a panic and they kindly sent a tow truck right away. Towed me back to where I was familiar . The driver was kind, respectful and carried on conversation with me. (The tow truck was clean and neat inside). Pure professionalism!

AAA left me high and dry. I Called Chosen tow and recovery. Josh answered my call at 9:45pm. Had someone on site in 30 minutes and I was back home in less than an hour. I thought I could take on my 1/4 mile long, hill of a driveway with 3-4 inches of solid, compacted ice….until the ice took me on instead! I am absolutely blown away with the kindness, professionalism, dedication to helping people and just an insane amount of skill that everyone I had contact with from Chosen Towing & Recovery possessed. They had a driver out quickly last night; however, the ice was just not worth the risk to get them stuck as well! I would have felt terrible. So today they had “Lil” Josh out first thing to get my car out of its odd resting place! Hahaha! I highly recommend this fantastic company in group of people to anyone who needs their services! Recently moved to Robertson County. Was a great experience except our 26' u haul got stuck in my yard. Joshua was a huge help and pulled me out twice when I was dumb and managed to get the darn thing stuck again. I know who I'm gonna be calling for all of my towing and recovery needs.

We had an auto accident today and in the midst of an unpleasant circumstance, Josh was so respectful and kind that it stood out as a bright spot in the day.
Josh responded to the call very quickly and thoroughly took care of us and our car.
In a time where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Josh at chosen towing really gets it!

My past experiences with towing have ranged from sketchy to feeling outright scammed. I’ve come to expect the usual routine from tow companies. Every call follows the same script: “Someone will be there in about an hour… just give us another 45 minutes due to high call volume.” Eventually, if anyone shows up, it’s often in a rig that looks worse than the vehicle I need to be towed.

That was not the case with these guys. After waiting 3–4 hours in the rain for another tow company that never arrived, I finally called Chosen. By then it was dark and still raining. To my surprise, they answered immediately and said they’d be there in about 20 minutes. True to their word, they arrived in under 20 minutes.

They showed up with a clean, well-equipped rig with plenty of lighting—great for safety and honestly just impressive. A very polite, motivated young man followed me to my disabled vehicle and wasted no time getting my truck loaded and properly secured. When we arrived at the drop-off, he made sure it was unloaded and positioned perfectly.

After such a long and stressful afternoon, this experience genuinely made my night. The tow was very reasonably priced, and I’ve since put Chosen’s business cards in every vehicle I own.

I honestly wouldn’t trust these people with any vehicle of mine, I’d rather pay more for a trustworthy company. Lived in robco my whole life and heard nothing but bad things about how Josh treats his employees and even how he talks about customers behind closed doors even seeing and hearing with my own eyes and ears.

A huge shout out to Josh with Chosen Towing. He was super professional, friendly, and very helpful. He picked up our car promptly and kept in constant communication prior pick up me once he dropped it off at the body shop.

Andrew is excellent! Search for us on Highway 24 going to Clarksville. Picked up my husband even though the insurance company didn’t even give him all of the information. So grateful for Andrew and Josh. I would recommend them to everyone in Clarksville and Nashville.
