Do not use this company if you are in Robertson County and on the weekend! They will not give you access to your vehicle or any of your belongings in the vehicle. I.e. you have accident, get taken to the ER by ambulance, you get released from hospital but house keys/garage door opener etc is in your car… you have no other access to your house. They won’t allow you to get anything from you me vehicle which is stored locked away in their lot! Even spoke with the actual tow truck driver that said he could not authorize access to vehicle! This is horrible what do they expect a person to do. It’s like my car has been stolen! SPRINGFIELD POLICE authorized the tow but could offer no assistance once I informed them of the situation!!!
Got into a pretty awkward position after the snow storm at about 1:30am. Called 3 tow company’s that said that they would not risk it on this hill. Tim showed up and was able to get my vehicle out of not one, but two bad situations, with 0 damage to my car. Tim was knowledgeable and able to guide me step by step through the whole process, then followed me until the road was clear. Can’t say how much I appreciate Tim and the outcome of tonight. It could have been much worse.
Tyler and Tim are absolutely awesome! Tim came and towed my cars at 130am at a great rate. He will forever have my business. Thank you so much. Because of you guys I will get to see my dad in the hospital with an unknown future. Do not hesitate to call these guys. They are so professional and are incredibly genuine.
Not all Super Heroes wear capes...Some of them drive tow trucks! These guys...especially RYAN SAVED ME! I accidentally put DEF in my 2500Ram tank & caught my mistake immediately at the pump...my truck was off & I did not start it, After a complete panic attack I called STR in distress as this is my work truck that I pull my Food Trailer with. STR Dispatch handled me & my panic attack with great care & sent Ryan to my rescue! Ryan has to be a girl dad, because his kind spirit brought us terrified lady's such a sense of compassion & extreme professionalism to a situation that i thought was going to crush my soul & put me out of business. Ryan not only took great care of us ladies he got my truck on his tow bed in mere seconds....he walked me through the next important steps to get me in a rental & off to my work engagement...Ryan delivered my truck to repair shop that was closed & dropped my keys through the shops secured mail slot as instructed by the shop workers from a previous call ahead phone conversation. Unfortunately "Integrity Diesel" Farther damaged my truck & tried to blame the tow driver...but HERO RYAN DOCUMENTED EVERYTHING COMPLETE WITH TIME STAMPED PHOTOS & CALL LOGS...Integrity Diesel lacks Integrity, giving me a run around & taking advantage of my female distress/dispair...& attempting to throw STR towing under the bus in the process! 1000% disgusting behavior from "Integrity diesel" & defaming STR towing is the icing on the cake, IMO...BECAUSE IM BIG MAD THEY TRIED TO LIE ON THE PEOPLE THAT WENT ABOVE & BEYOND TO HELP ME!

Ryan Champa is a champ. Super friendly, explained what he was doing, and we exchanged mutual frustrations with how newer cars are designed. Showed me some features of my car I didn't even know I had, specifically for properly towing the vehicle. Turns out, the last time I got it towed, they did it wrong. Turned a panicked morning of scrambling around and making many phone calls into quite the enjoyable experience, sans lack of car of course
Highly recommend STR Towing. Ryan Champa was the representative that assisted me with picking up my truck on the side of the road. Ryan was on scene within 10 minutes of my call and was quick and efficient. He even went so far as dropping me off at work and taking my truck to the dealership to limit the impact of my truck breaking down on the remainder of my day. Appreciate Ryan and STR Towing!
Ryan Champa was a “champion” getting my car towed to the dealership. I knew it was a starter or alternator problem. He whipped out his portable charger and found out it was alternator issue. He walked me through the loading on the truck bed. He was informative , polite and knowledgeable!! Highly recommended for you towing needs.sent pictures when he delivered to dealership!!
We needed our Jeep towed to our local mechanic, so I called AAA to set up the service. I got a call from Ryan Champa within STR Towing (Springfield) within 3 minutes, and he showed up 15 minutes later ready to roll. Ryan got our Jeep up & on its way in no time & sent pictures of its arrival at the shop. Super friendly guy & top notch customer service!! Highly recommend!
Bought a 1961 falcon and couldn’t get it in drive. Ryan Champa took the call and got to bowling green in an hour. Got me and the car back to Clarksville save and had some good convos in the way back.

I called my insurance company to get a tow and they sent out STR towing and recovery was very thorough. Communicated very well every step of the way Ryan Chapma Went above and beyond to get my truck where it needed to be I highly recommend him and I highly recommend STR towing. I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan Champa on Sunday. After coming back from Nashville and hitting a pot hole my roadside assistance put me in touch with the company.They responded very quickly I was pleasantly surprised and happy because I had three teenage girls in my car that thought we would have to wait forever but literally took him 30 minutes from the time the roadside assistance called the company for him to get to where we were at.He was very for polite, pleasant, and took good care of my car. Also sent me pictures once it was dropped off where I needed to be thank you so much, Ryan for your assist I definitely would recommend tow company and if you get Ryan, that’s even better

Absolutely amazing. Fun, friendly and professional. Ryan C. Looked at my truck, seen where it was located on the West Bound 840, and immediately was concerned about my safety. After he got my truck loaded, he advised me, he will be sending me updates on the delivery of my truck and making sure i was kept up to speed through the process. Ryan has set the standard for my expectations should i ever need a tow again. Thank you so much sir. I also want to recognize the extremely nice lady who called me to advise the tow truck was on its way to me. Her first question, “Are you safe” im 100% positive i made a dumb joke about getting wiped out on the HWY, i confessed my downfalls and said i needed a drink. She laughed with me and made sure i was calm. Thank you, thank you and thank you. This company is absolutely amazing and full of actual people who understand, the only reason they are being contacted, is because someone else is having an extremely bad day. Ryan Champa provided an amazing experience in my time of need, on a rainy cold day just as afternoon traffic was picking up. He kept me informed of his arrival. He was efficient while assessing the issue and followed proper and thorough protocol when securing my vehicle for towing. He also made sure my vehicle arrived safely to its destination and that my keys were in the proper hands of the repair establishment. Thank you, Ryan! Awesome experience! Wow I had the scariest drive of my life and had to leave my car in a parking lot because of the winter storm.. but Ryan Champa from STR TOWING showed up and saved the day.. he literally went out of his way to get the job done!!
