My car wouldn't start because of a dead battery, and E&E Towing was there in no time. The driver was friendly, professional, and quickly got everything taken care of. They explained what they were doing, treated my vehicle with care, and had me back on the road much faster than I expected. I had the best experience with E&E Towing in Springfield, the driver helped me get my car started and waited until I got going on the interstate before pulling off I will always call them when needed. And they are very nice and courteous.

The day I traveled to come get my car (3 hours away) they sent me a receipt, total $1571. I had my wreck Feb 27th infront of the house of 4837 Mt Zion Rd they towed my car to 900 Memorial Blvd, approximately 11 mins away. I called the next morning at 9am and the lady who answered said the charge was $656 & an additional $40 charge would start on the 1st so the total days I should’ve been charged was 14 days, they charged me for 16 days. Also they charged me $187 for “wait time” when he waited no more than 10-15 mins while I grabbed a tote and bags. A week after I paid $1571, I went back to the link for the receipt and seen they updated it and made it seem like I only paid $1340. They took off 1 day additional charge and took off the wait time. From day one of being told the charge was $656 to get my car back I already felt I was being got over on because they knew I was from out of town, after paying the receipt got updated to under $230 less proved that to me.
We had some people abandon a trailer in our backyard after they got it stuck dropping off some fill dirt (stay away from Total Materials in pleasant view) and we called E&E to get it towed. They were out 30 minutes later, were friendly and professional, and had that thing out of there quickly (after the dirt company claimed a towing company wouldn’t be able to get it out). 10000% recommend!!
Never great when you have to call a tow truck but these guys were awesome to work with. By far the best tow company over ever dealt with in my 25 years of driving. They were fast, professional and friendly. They were also $150 dollars cheaper than anyone else I called! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10 Star ⭐
Affordable and reliable! Was on the side of the road with a flat tire in the rain. They got me out of the rain and home in no time! 10/10 recommend E&E!
