My experience here was an absolute nightmare. Nothing felt professional, nothing felt straightforward, and the whole situation felt shady from start to finish. The moment I needed help, they disappeared like it was no longer their problem.
Based on what I went through, I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.
If you want to avoid stress, regret, and a giant headache, stay far away from this place.

Dependable Auto Service. Does a Awesome job with all vehicles, they can do oil changes to engine swaps. They just merged with Colonial Automotive and have years of Experience. I would take all my vehicles to get serviced. A+ rating

Mrs Bonnie was very knowledgeable and did everything she said they would do, if something came up unexpectedly she was on the phone telling me why and how much it would cost..I’ll continue taking my vehicles there and would recommend them to anyone.

I had purchased a vehicle from Liquidity Services via auction from Dependable Auto Service. The auction stated that the vehicle starts from a boost and that it drives forward and drives backward. I immediately found out that the car made very bad clunking noises which made it difficult to pick up speed while beginning to drive on the main interstate so I carefully drove to the next exit at a local gas station and soon found out that the car didn't go in reverse. Still today the car sits at Virgil's Automotive which was inspected thoroughly and was told not only that the transmission was bad but the people that put it up for auction had to have known based on the state of it's condition without a doubt. I want people to know that Dependable Auto Services which includes the auto sales lot and the towing services will not only lie to you they will put anyone's life in danger for their own monetary gain. Please be aware of this company! It's a shame that we have to select 1 star to leave this review because they definitely don't deserve any at all.
Would not recommend their services to no one . Very unprofessional multiple visits with no response or customer satisfaction. Reported BBB, DOT and THP.
Jonathan, Roan & the group go above & beyond. As a female they took good care of me, didn't upsell me but got the bottom of the problem, they are truly dependable honest & reliable, I won't go anywhere else!!!
Id never recommend going to them I went to them with my last towing job I needed done but I can gladly say I will never return for their services they took 2 days over the time they said it would arrive and when it arrived it had a awful scratch down the side and bent my rim and I’m still waiting to hear back about my suspension
Bought a truck that they auctioned online 38 days ago the still have not produced a title for it will be calling for legal advice on monday. As it stands right now im out over 10k. Not good business practice. I have called 7 times as I live out of state all I get is the run around. They will not return calls when I leave a voice message.
I had my alternator replaced here in March 2022 and over the course of 6 months, I’ve had to replace: a power steering hose, reroute the radiator overflow tank and replace the alternator that was installed by this shop. Each of these things were caused due to the poor workmanship of the mechanic. I do not recommend taking your vehicles here.
Great staff. Owner is a good guy and can't help that he was born ugly. He does the best he can to overcome his natural tendencies. Lol. Would be a 5 star but he is hard to look at. Not the most recommended place for a vehicle but will go out of there way to help you get into a vehicle. Just for vehicle safety and finance safety check check check everything on a vehicle before you buy. Never know when you get something under recall and things don't work out as expected. Thank God for warranty.
DAS Auto went above and beyond to put me in the car I wanted. Jeremy did everything right down to making sure I was completely comfortable and could reach in the vehicle I had my heart set on. Zack made sure I could keep my agreement with my old vehicle, selling to a friend, not as a trade in. Keeping my original deal on the new vehicle. Awesome experience from start to finish. I bought a car one week from DAS before the tornado. It was destroyed. They helped me get a loaner until they found a new one for me. They were able to find a replacement just like my previous one I'd just gotten! Thanks DAS!
I called 5 different tow companies no one would come get me it was an emergency. They came as soon as I called And charged a good amount instead of over charging. The man on the phone was nice but they tow truck driver was also very kind and helpful. "Hookin ain't Easy". My brother used to drive that exact tow truck. Anyway, they are great so use them!!!
Great customer service, and great mechanics. Took their time to explain everything and made sure my car was ready to go. And at a fair price. Would definitely recommend!!
