Locked my keys in my car after a stressful morning. Called a few listed vendors and no one available for hours. Was referred to Nabor's - within 15 mins of my call Ozzy was on site and within 30 mins I had my keys and my car back! Reasonable price and small fee for paying with card but would absolutely use again if needed
I got a flat tire off on the interstate by the exit to Cookeville and was stranded with no help from my Triple A. I was recommended from a company to call Nabors and once I did they were there within 45 minutes. The experience was wonderful and my car was successfully transported to Firestone. The driver was very kind and I would’ve been stuck without them! Highly recommend!!
This is a great business and the owner is amazing. My son's car had some issues and we were 1.5 hrs away from home. We were recommended by another tow truck company to call Nabors. Called, explained my issue and he was out to us within 30 min. I was also expecting to pay more and was surprised by the reasonable bill. I highly recommend.
I had to get my car towed, the man was so nice and talk to me like I was an old friend. He even told me that if he had the tools he would have fixed my car where it was. I had an amazing experience!!
These guys were AMAZING today! We hit something on the highway at 5:30 this morning. They answered the call bright and early and worked all day fixing our radiator and getting us back on the road. They were top notch All day! Matt and Ray were awesome, we can’t thank you enough. Also Big shout out to Rory for lending us his toys and hanging out with our kids too :)
An exceptional experience from the moment they arrived at the accident scene. They were quick to respond and handled the situation with both professionalism and a friendly demeanor, from start to finish. The next day, when I retrieved my belongings, they welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond, even helping during their lunch break.
Their customer service goes beyond what you’d expect from a towing company. Their willingness to help, even on their own time, spoke volumes. Called at 723pm and by 750pm driver was there and hooking us up and we were home within an hour of when we called. We are very pleased with the service and response of Larry and his team! Affordable, efficient service and very professional team! Highly recommend this company.
I have no complaints; they helped me out after I got in an accident, were kind to me during all interactions I had with them, they did everything right. The other driver was determined to be at fault and thus was responsible for any fees, so I cannot say whether or not I believe their pricing to be fair. As far as everything else, I think they do a good job
I called the dept to help me with my vehicle and it was towed off, they have the knowledge that I don’t have the money to pay to have it removed from the lot. So it was basically stolen from me. Last time I ever call and ask for assistance.
