I'm kind of getting tired of being woken up in the morning an hour before work. I am parked from 3am to 2:35pm where I am supposed to be parked. There is no sign labeling the spot as church staff only. The hatch is open for airflow in the vehicle. If you tow my vehicle while I am at work, parked where I am told to park, no signs telling me not to park here, there will not just be a lawsuit for towing my car without reason. But also one for disturbing my work schedule.

Fast response, upfront quote. Excellent service. The people that came to my aid were just good honest people. Hands down. Would 10/10 recommend.

I bought a used vehicle that they had recovered. It was sold “as is” so I guess that means they can lie /conceal about the condition of it and still be able to sleep at night. I drive the vehicle home a month ago and it hasn’t run since!!! I’m so furious . He even had the car already started for me. Because he knew I’d never be able to and haven’t been able to since. Do not deal with this company. $2100 down the drain and still no car. I asked him two days after I bought it if I could bring it back because it didn’t work and he refused. I’m sorry, but that is nothing but shady. I forgot to mention I was refused the opportunity to test drive the vehicle because he knew it wouldn’t make it around the corner! He said that he was not licensed to be a dealer. Well, then you shouldn’t be selling cars. How about that?

Just called them because our truck broke down and we were three hours from home. The gentleman was very kind and helpful. So thankful for their help.

The gentleman that towed my car was incredibly nice and helpful. However multiple items out of my car somehow went missing. When I called to ask if they kept the cars unlocked I was met with an unfriendly lady who was more than just unhelpful. After telling her that a purse, a handheld vacuum, and a tumbler were missing as well as my glovebox being empty all she could say was that no one was in my car. But items don’t just grow legs and walk off.

We had an accident and sos towing was there immediately to assist us . We we were very appreciative to them for there fast response and courteous service .great people and would highly recommend there service to everyone. We have used them again and will use them in the future if needed.very highly recommend them.

Called for service at 10am Friday and they never showed or called. Waited until 10am the next morning, nothing. Called them as a courtesy and canceled. The 5 star rating is why I chose them. In my case they are definitely not a 5 star company.

The owner was very nice and friendly when I spoke to him first. However the following day, his receptionist was extremely rude, after sending her a pinned loaction where the vehicle was that needed towed and explained it WAS in fact in, cookeville city limits, she refused to understand and was extremely rude and stated I neeeded to find another towing company that they could not assist.. i was very polite and tried to understand how she couldnt see that 111 next to the cookeville, monterey exit is very commonly known. Neededless to say I called Bob Ragland and not only did he take excellent care of me, he had it done in under an hour and car was fixed the same day!

After being put on hold with the roadside assistance company for nearly an hour, we gave S.O.S a call. He immediately came to us and had the vehicle loaded onto the roll-back within 20 minutes! S.O.S was very responsive and professional! I Highly recommended using them for all towing / recovery needs!!

Arrived for my tow within minutes, did a great job in a quick and efficient manner. The driver even took me and dropped me off to meet my wife and was very easy to deal with. I would recommend his services to everyone. He also was great about answering questions and phone calls. Highly recommend

I broke down on the interstate, called another company with no answer, then called S.O.S. and got an immediate answer. They arrived within 30 minutes and was very courteous. Had no problems with dropping off at my desired location and had a nice chat on the way.

I forgot and left my headlights on at Cookeville Regional Medical Center and called SOS Towing for battery service. They responded promptly as they said they would and had me up and going right away. David was great! Will definitely call again in the future if I need similar assistance.

ETA'd me 30min, got there in 18-20. Driver (and owner??) was friendly, professional, and communicated clearly (Unlike other tow drivers I've dealt with that seem to store their crowbar up their rears). Was careful with my beloved SUV, and was very helpful in putting her in a tight spot, in a tight parking lot. Pricing was average, but actually a bit less than I expected. Definitely my go to for local tows.

I accidently put my front end tire into a ditch and had my back end up and stuck. I called other services and they told me to get it out it would do more damage than it was worth, but s.o.s. came and explained if it was done right it wouldn't hurt my car. Very friendly, fast to reach me, and took the time to properly get it out without just yanking it. Very grateful for the expert service I received and will call them for sure if anything ever happens again!

Fastest and cheapest tow I have ever had. He took my car to his shop and had it fixed within a few days. They were also great with their communication! I would definitely recommend!

S.O.S. Towing is by far the best tow service I've ever used. The owner/driver, David, was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and fast. My brother and I called around to get prices at local companies. S.O.S. was the second cheapest in town at $85/hour($5 more than the cheapest in town). Within an hour of calling to request a tow, we were already unloaded at our destination. This is now the only tow service I'll use in Cookeville, TN.

It was a good experience. He told me when he would be there , and he was there at exactly that time. I didn’t have to wait around any longer. I would definitely recommend, and will use this place again if I need another tow. Thanks!

Of every towing service I called in the area, David was the only one who answered. He was at my location within half an hour and got my car out from a ditch without a single scratch. I'd really only recommend SOS if you're in a bind.

David went above and beyond. I traveled across state with my two young kids and broke down. He calmed me and helped tremendously. A truly great guy! I don't know what I would have done.

Me and my 8 year old were stuck on the interstate with a blowout at 6:00 am on a Sunday and David came and put my donought on which turned out to be flat, he preceeded to find me a tire and tow me to the business and take me and my son there, he was so nice towards us and really helped us out. I highly recommend him.

Rescued us from the side of I-40. Seem like friendly local folks you can trust and God forbid if this happens to me again I'll call them. Saved them in my contacts so I won't even have to hunt down a tow company. A+ y'all.
