Not very handicap friendly. You have to walk however many acres of crap they have, dragging tools with you to pull your own parts and then drag everything back to the front. No exceptions.......

If you are looking for a rear drive shaft I wouldn't recommend this place but I will recommend them for other parts some things are priced very well and only because the lady in the front is so nice that I give them my business

Nice people, Pretty good prices, but everything's surrounded with thorns and bushes. Plan on bringing a weedeater to access vehicles.

Absolutely horrible place I was told to go get the part I wanted and when I proceeded to get the part some Mexican guy told me I couldn't get the part because I would tear up the door ? I was using plastic trim tools specifically for the job hence I didn't want to break the part I was getting therefore I no way was I harming anything else . Then he proceeded to tell me it cost 5 dollars to leave which I replied their is no sign that says you have to pay for coming or going I told him call the Cops I'm not pay he Said he didn't want to involve the police? Why not I asked he said just leave so I gathered my tools and left . Google won't let me post the Body cam footage. Weeds are over grown mosquitoes are swarming woman at the window was nice but obviously she is not up to date on what you apparently can or can't do on the yard and the little 5 dollar leaving fee needs to be advertised I took video and pictures of every sign at that place. Ps the door he was worried about was so badly dented it was beyond repair and rusted at the bottom. And the whole place smells of Marijuana. I will update this review once I post body cam to YouTube. Terrible experience I'm not sure it's even a legit business or a front for something else maybe that's why they basically had me leave.

I have bought many parts from Seaton’s in the last few years. Never got a bad part. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I travel 60 miles to buy parts here. There are a lot of salvage yards a lot closer to me but Seaton’s is the best.

The lady was very nice she was able to tell us where everything was. It's a very good place for used parts. Has everything you need

I've been an advocate for this place for years. Anyone looking for used parts, I'd refer them hear. I even on occasion helped the staff spot theft and report them. In just the last month or so I've spent around $800 on parts for my new project. But as bad as angel has been in the past, I've never been treated so horrible as today. I spent 2 hours pulling a clutch pedal off a ranger because I needed the bushing. But I know the rules and we are not supposed to disassemble part's for something as small as a bushing. So I did as requested and got the whole part that I can purchase off ebay for $80 with a limited lifetime warranty for angel to tell me its $45. I looked surprised because I wasn't expecting that price and he starts in on me saying he's tired of everyone expecting him to just give the parts away and I was like everyone else that just wanted to steal from him. He then stopped and looked at me and said what would you expect to pay for this part, I replied I was thinking around $25 because it's a hard part with no electronics and it's like maybe 2 pounds of aluminum and 5 pounds of steel. He throws his hands up and says, you just want me to give it away. You can just leave it hear if you're to broke to pay for it. This all continues for another 5 minute or so as I'm staring at him in aw while he makes comments about me being a thief, unable to pay, I'm just trying to get it for free, so on. To the point I get in my car and leave to keep from getting into a fight and going to jail. It will be a cold day in hell before I come back with angle running the yard.

I went here with my boyfriend for fun. I'm not into cars, but it was interesting to see all the history of the many cars they have here. I would go back again just to look around. My only issue is that it's really muddy when it rains. The mud is made of red clay, so it's a pain to walk around with clumping on your shoes and it's heavy. So if you go here after it rains, wear boots. Other than that, it's a fun place to go

This was our first and last visit there also, we only went because they had a certain part we NEEDED and couldn't find, . We got there, girl at window was nice, she sent us into the gate to find the part we needed. Nothing marked as to tell us what year the car/ truck was, so we got so discouraged, we were fixing to leave, so we went and ask her, is there anybody here that can help us ??? We can't see what year these cars are or anything, She radioed a guy, not once, not twice but 3 times to help us..when he finally decided he would come outa the barn, he wasn't friendly at all, we got the hood off, and needless to say I had help carry this hood ,( me and my boyfriend ) I thought being how I was a woman, he'd help carry it to the truck, NO HE DIDNT..but he made sure he got his $10 !!when he wasted $10 of our time waiting on him to show up .Will not be back, and will tell all my family, freinds, ECT..if you go, you better be prepared to find a needle in a haystack, and don't ask for help!! I asked for the owners name, ( Russ ) told the girl was gonna report him, SO I AM NOW..RUSS, he needs to understand the custumers come first!! And we're not suppose to feel like we are a bother !

Too expensive for a used parts place. And won't let you return it if it doesn't work. Nice and friendly people though

The person in the widow was really nice but I've contacted a few people about my 1978 Camero and this what the only one with a good body for it but the man accused me of breaking stuff witch wasn't true at all but I don't need to put money there there is other places that have better body's for the car

Seaton's has always been fair on used parts that I have needed. They have had the correct year of vehicles and a good selection. I haven't been disappointed yet!

Went over there just get a simple Antanna.. Whomever the dude is that runs the yard wasn't helpful at all, Did more flirting than trying to help take off the part, Needless to say we didn't get the part for feeling super weirded out.... ?

The gal Kathy (I think that's her name) and Angel was great. Very very helpful and respectful. They went above and beyond to help us find the part that we need and Angel went above and beyond to help us get the part pulled. I don't know who owns the place, but whoever who does please be sure and know that those two employees of yours were fantastic. Absolutely! Just fantastic. I found a place to now. I can go and find parts for cars without a big hassle. Thank you very much for having great people working for you

If I could I would give 0 stars. They do not offer a warranty on the parts. They lie to you telling you yeah a part will fit your vehicle. We have a 2000 Ford Windstar and the guy we spoke to "Angel" lied and said their 2001 ford Windstar transmission would fit ours. We wasted our money and time because of them lying through their teeth just to get a sale. IF a company does NOT offer a warranty/return/exchange do NOT even look in their direction GO SOMEWHERE ELSE this is a crooked business! Will be traveling all the way to lkq pick your part in Chattanooga to get one. Yeah it's a drive but worth the money if the part works and if it don't they have a warranty/return so you can return/exchange to get your money's worth.

I expect to pay a decent price for a used weathered part but whoever decides how much a part is needs to reevaluate the life span of parts setting out in the weather rotting into the ground. No way I'm paying $250 for a crusty late 80's truck rearend, that is crazy. I was thinking about $100-$125 for possibly something I might not even get to use and set it in the shop by the other rear end I paid $100 for and wasn't the right gear ratio I was looking for. No telling how long it has been setting there and will probably continue to sit there until they Crush what's left of what was a truck. This is a well stocked junkyard which has a very large variety of vehicles and tons of good stuff that hasn't been affected by the weather. Definitely ask how much something cost before you pull it off and then get it priced. I will still go there and look for parts. Im just saying they seriously need to work on their pricing tactics.

Man do they have a ton of cars! Be prepared though, some are so embedded into grass and mud, you will have to have them pull them out for you. But that is an option. If you find a car you need parts from just know make take a bit to get pulled. Other than that, fair pricing and helpful staff. They do their best to answer questions on phone but with that many vehicles, best to just show up and hunt.

Never go there. Was called a liar when the guy knew the parts I was pulling then jacked the price up. He actually laid hands on the part prior to removal. I guess he thought I would still buy but left them. Prime gouging for sure. Buyer beware. The lost over 500 to 1000 dollars of my business. Have also told others not to bother

The person that answered my call didn't know the address of the company. They wouldn't give me a receipt for the radiator. Said to me that "no returns". I asked what if it doesn't work? The answer they gave me was " guess that you will have to buy another one". I paid $65 and it doesn't work! I feel as though they took advantage of me (as I am a woman). I can't afford another radiator. I am on disability and barely could afford that one.

Not impressed at all. They told me they had the part I needed which turned out to not be true and staff were almost ALL rude and short with me. One young guy when I was trying to ask a question wouldn't get off his phone long enough for me to ask so I finally just left. They have such a monopoly on the scrap and junk business around here they don't seem to care about customer service anymore. Just my opinion and observations after TRYING to do business with them.

I like the yard here it has everything and is mostly organized I went to the recycle side to unload a few different items that need separated and nearly got a tounge lashing from the hispanic man at the scales was very disrespectful to me and I was a first time customer make me not wanna go back. The other side of the road has everything had the same kinda attitude in the office very rude and brush you off kinda employees except the guy that works the yard was very curtious and helpful. That woman at the office hmmmm avoid her

They have a wide array of Auto Parts ranging from Cars to trucks and SUVs. They also have parts for lawn mowers motorcycles and four-wheelers. You can even buy a 55 gallon metal drum with a lid that you can store stuff in or use as a burn barrel and they are only $10 each that is hard to beat anywhere. Unlike some other pull your own part places they do not charge a fee for you to go in just to find out they don't have the part that you need. Stop in and give them a visit sometime if you need a used auto part or some kind of body part.

Was disgusted they said they had the car d i was Lookin for. After my 40 min ride. I walked around for an hour and called office o verify. Yard boss or whoever he is told me one price then changed it. Good organization of cars. But very misleading. I won't be back

Effective December 2014 Seaton Auto Parts came under new management I would like to apologize for any misunderstanding that may have taken place in the past. We are working hard to make things right and better for our customers. Please come back to see the new changes, new cars, better prices and meet our new manager Mike Frye. Unfortunately we are still unable to let customers drive on the part yard, this is only for the protection of the customers walking and the customer’s vehicle. We do provide wheel barrels to our customers at no charge to carry their tools and to help bring back the pull parts, if the part is too large for a wheel barrel the yard men will be happy to put it in a truck and bring it up to the office for you.

They have many many vehicles but not a large variety, an almost total lack of any Japanese brands. Their service is somewhat confusing and harassing. You are not allowed to drive through their yard, must walk carrying all tools you may need. If you need wheels they make you break them loose but then they take them off, effectively charging you for work you did yourself. They try to charge for complete garbage tires on rims as well as selling used tires that have been sitting flat on junk vehicles. You get one price quite from one person and one quote from another. I will not be visiting them again.
