Had skid plate come loose on my car and dragging. They took me right in and fixed it. Extremely professional and kind. Really appreciate someone not taking advantage of an elderly woman. Fast and reasonable pricing.
Currently running a scam!!! They send you a free oil change coupon and then when you make pay with the coupon they all to make a copy of your license. At this point they tell you they cannot honor the coupon and you have to pay full price to get your license returned. Total scam!!! Do not go here with this coupon
We moved to sweetwater and the city was kind enough to send us some coupons for some places around and we got a free oil change for this one here. Valid 2025 coupon, we make an appointment a week later because the coupon expires in 60 days and we can use one.. they do the oil change no problem and when thy get done they decide to not take the coupon that sweetwater city gave us, charge us 89$ that we don't have today, & take my license and refuse to give it back until we pay for a free service. We had to give them the license to get the car back, how absurd they absolutely need to quit sending people those coupons because they are not only ripping people off they are refusing the coupon and taking personal items if we can't pay an outrageous oil change amount. We normally go to Valvoline in Athens and they are not any where near that much and they do an all around better job. CRAZY! I can go get another license and report this to the police.
This business did body work on our Jeep Wrangler. They were professional & courteous. They got the Jeep back to me in a couple days. The price was fair. I would highly recommend them.
Our truck got stolen on February 2nd the only vehicle we had and of course made a police report and talked to a sweetwater detective and he said if they or we find it that they will call us to come pick it up ok I borrowed my mom's van and me and my daughter went to sweetwater to look for it and we spotted it at a house so I called the cops and told them that we found our truck so the cops did go to where the truck was at and we kept waiting and waiting for the phone call to come pick the truck up come to find out they towed it in to these people A&S Autobody and Towing and the cops told me that the detective has a hold on it and that he was on vacation for a week so when he got back to work we went down to his office and he released it to us and we went to get it and they said 845.00 to get it which we do not have at all so I talked to a lady and she said 550.00 and we have even asked if they can put a lean on title until we can. Pay that off we are loosing everything just because we have no way around or to work but we have a meeting with a lawyer next week we was done wrong
These people are terrible one of the workers who don't know how to hook a bumper up to load on to tow truck ripped my whole front off drove 70 mph on Reed Springs rd to my house recoorded that they told me it be a couple of days to get it replaced been over a month still nothing done bad service do not recommend they'll rip you off and make you wait and wait definitely 1 star
I had called different towing companies and they all said, I'll call you back this afternoon and let you know when I'll be there. I called A&S and they were at the house within 90 minutes. Ryan and Matthew were very professional. They loaded the vehicle (I must add it was in a tight spot) and did it so efficiently without scraping up the driveway. I was thoroughly impressed. Out of all the towing companies, this is definitely the one I'll call again when needed. Professional. Kind. Efficient. Definitely call these guys if you don't want the run around from the other companies.
I locked my keys in my truck and within 10 minutes they were at my house opening my truck door super fast and friendly service I would highly recommend their services to anyone thanks again ?
Do don't do business we these clowns they have no idea what the hell there doing...as far as communication there is none so basically they suck all the way around..
Towing cost is slightly higher then others. However the service was immediately available when other tow trucks had major delayed response. With that said I was happy to pay the slightly higher cost. Tow truck driver was very knowledgeable, honest, kind, and loaded the vehicle in lightening speed. I was very impressed. The owner of the shop continued with fast, honest, kind service. Service Secretary same fast service. They repaired my vehicle with an extremely fair bill. No hassles, no fuss. I recommend to anyone wishing fast tow service, or wanting honest vehicle repairs at a very fair cost.

Tried twice to schedule some engine repairs. The lady there said she would call me back.Waited a few days for her call so I took my business elsewhere. Customer service is lacking. Rude.
Use this location when my car was in an accident In the beginning they did really well. But they've started to become unreliable, took longer to get things done. Then for communication between them and the insurance company was a nightmare? I had to be a median. After it was finished we had problems with the side mirror and the electrical of it and it not moving. The forr also didn't line up correctly. And after returning for them to correct it. The mirror still didn't work.
They helped me when no other towing company wouldn't. He showed up right out of the blue.I was sitting right off hwy. 68 in a dangerous spot and the driver came to help right away and waited until everything was took care of and got the ok to tow my car. It was so cold out I didn't no what I was going to do. If they fix my car as good as there service was I have no worries. Thank you to the tow truck driver. ?
These guys are ANGELS IN DISGUISE. I was stranded on the side of the highway with my mom and three children. A&S towed us to the shop and got us back on the road in less than an hour. What could've turned our experience into the Worst Roadtrip Ever was actually the best breakdown ever; plus my kids loved playing with an adorable golden doodle puppy during the short wait.
Great customer service! Super nice and friendly, they really helped us out when we were in such a tight spot. We’re from out of state and had no idea where to go and they were so incredibly kind. Would highly recommend!
Absolutely the best experience I've had with a towing company. The owner came and unlocked my car in basically 15 seconds. The guy was very friendly and helpful. Without these guys I'd have been waiting hours while ice melted in my car. Solid 5 stars for sure.
