Cheapest batteries around if they have your size in a reman. Managed to purchase a few over the last few years. They work very well for a cheap battery. If they happen to have one in. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.
Just had the batteries replaced and the guy hooked them up wrong ....twice and there still wrong. My husband is trying to figure out what he's done. Beware!
Great place to get a replacement battery nice people who have been constantly helping me out with replacement batteries for my work truck for a long time.
The attendant was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and installed my new battery quickly. It was a little hard to find the place because they didn't have a large sign out front. I drove by it a few times before I could locate it.
As a local farmer, I appreciate this location. We have several vehicles and equipment to keep batteries in, interstate always takes good care of us. We have also had a lot of luck out of their remanufactured products. But they always go out of the way to make sure we are taken care of quickly and affordably. Thanks.
Amazing guys over here at interstate battery. Definitely support them being local. I needed a specific size battery for a marine application and they hooked me up on at 5 oclock while they were closing doors for the day!
Been dealing with this place for over 20 years with no problems. Boat batteries, sem-truck batteries, straight trucks and RV's. However, in May 2023 I bought two truck batteries that came to over $400.00 but one turned out to be bad. They lied about the condition of the bad battery and cost me an additional $800.00 in mechanic charges to chase down a separate non-existant problem with the truck's
I have purchased several batteries here. Every time I go the techs are quick to help and/or install the batteries. Never had a problem with any units. Would highly recommend this business to any or all that are looking for this product. Thx
Don't buy a battery from these people. I bought a battery from them it worked for 10 months and quit we took it back and the manager claimed my car cause it to drain the battery. So we had the car check and nothing was wrong with my car. They kept the battery on a charger all night and then said it was charged, there was know reason for that battery to die other than it was a bad battery but they would not give me another or part of my money back.
If you are a business or work for a company that is trying to scrap batteries avoid this place at all costs. They don’t value customers if they don’t believe a profit can be made (words of an employee directly from the boss himself).
If you’re looking for reliable service that actually values customers and customer service this is not the place.
Does not honor warranty.
Bought a few batteries from this place in the past, but a fiend of mine that has bought a whole lot more from this place just got turned down for warranty on bad battery about a year old! I cant have that!
Been buying my batteries here 4 several years n always happy. Im always treated with respect n these guys r always helpful. I didn't get the gentlemans name 2day but he was super nice n was kind enough 2 take a few extra minutes 2 answers a couple questions I had. I highly recommend them!
These guys are awesome. Great service. Fast. Efficient. They know there batteries and they have awesome prices. I needed 2 batteries for my 2012 duramax right away and they had me on the road in 15 minutes. Better call these guys first. Thank you guys, David Brown
The guy that helped me was great in that he didn't try to sell me a battery when I didn't need one. However, he told me my alternator was bad, which wasn't correct. I do give him props because the place he referred me to was awesome.
