These guys are amazing. 100/10 recommend. Billy and Casey came out to the middle of nowhere, fixed my truck in no time, and I didn’t even end up needing the tow. Very friendly and knowledgeable and quick.

I was passing by through Tennessee and ran to a mechanical issue. stop by this guys and they were great very friendly polite and take care my mechanical issue as fast as they could within a couple hours. Cheers from all in one trucking guys keep up the good work.

Spoke with Justin who I guessed was a front office employee. Explained an issue with my vehicle. He understood what I was talking about. Made an appointment and they got me in early next day. The front office help was my actual mechanic. Put a new actuator on my mx13 and had me rolling by days end. Thank you Justin.

Marcus at Knoxville diesel was phenomenal to deal with. The fast service of a one day turn around with an oil leak was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and was nice to deal with. For future service needs we will be coming back to see Marcus

I heard that in Republican-governed states, non-English speakers are discriminated against, but it's different here. The staff at this repair shop is as tolerant as in California. Our master Marcus is great. God bless Marcus. We all like him. Six stars

I went in and was greeted by Casey to help me with my transmission, he walked me through the process of the maintenance and provide amazing service in a timely manner. I had an emergency with an oil leak and they were very helpful in getting me in, diagnosed the problem and getting me out fast the same day. Thankfully it was a EZ quick repair. They were able to work me in without having to wait several days like most major repair shops. I'm very grateful

I have a KW T680 and needed a DEF fuel line installed. Casey and his team were very professional and accommodating, even to the point of staying a little late when it turned out KW had given us the wrong part # to begin with and we had to go back to get the correct hose to complete the job. Thanks all!

I had a fuel leak, I parked at their shop overnight, Justin pulled me in first thing in the morning and diagnosed that it was the #6 fuel line that was leaking, they were able to get the part pretty quickly and had me rolling by about 10am. I would definitely recommend this shop if your broke down in this area

Awesome place to take your truck for repairs. Very friendly staff and top notch mechanics. If you have a breakdown or need work done on your truck and are in the Knoxville area, this is the best place around. Very fast and efficient. Very reasonable prices.

Don’t come to this shop, warranty on their job doesn’t exist, besides they don’t do their job correctly they are labor expensive, they don’t give you receipts from where they shop their parts. I asked in some dealers for the price of parts I got replaced and they increase the price to also win money from that. This guys told me that I had a year warranty and that if my truck was deleted nothing had to do with the engine they were rebuilding, and now that my engine blew out only 10 months later they don’t find what to blame to justify their bad work.

Don’t come to this shop. Did a complete overhaul on my truck paid $43k on January and this week engine blew out, and they get no responsibility on their job neither on parts. When you are getting their service they tell you that is a year warranty but they put on their paperwork 3 months so no serious people.

Just want to Give thanks to the guys a Knoxville Diesel!!! Chris and Timothy you guys are the best!!! Was coming down from Winslow, ME and broke down on I 40 on a Thursday afternoon called these guys and they sent a tow truck out for me (Brian) from Jim’s Towing that guy was great as well let them know my situation and told them I needed to be in TX by MON. And they were able to get me in and out in no time!!! Thank you!!! On my way to TX to make my delivery on time!!!

Stay Away from this shop if at all possible they lie, cheat and steal. I am not an irate or bitter customer before I wrote this review I called the shop and spoke with one the service managers there the same one that I spoke with when I first got to the shop to inquire about getting my truck worked on. I am a customer that feel as though when I come to your place of business I feel as though I should be treated fair and in a professional manner. Now they did pull out the red carpet treatment and it did win me over. That all went away( red carpet treatment and professionalism) once my truck was in the shop and the hood came down. I was quoted one price then all of a sudden I was paying double. ex: I was told to get there at 8 am got there 6:10 am to make sure the engine was cool. The tech got there at 7:45 am got in the service vehicle and did not come back until 10:16 am, I was told my injector would cost $700-$1000 I was charged $1843.81, the tech threated to clock out and go home in the middle of working on my truck because i was asking questions and I asked him to call the service manager. I could go on but I would rather not, any trucker on the rd. that breaks down in Lenoir city TN/Knoxville TN area stay away from this shop if at all possible, oh yeah 15 - 20 mins after I left that shop my check engine light and regen light came on again. STAY AWAY TRUST ME!!!!

We came in on Saturday New Years Day. Technically they were closed but the technician Timmy was in and went above and beyond to help us! Found our issue and since it was a holiday weekend took all our information and ordered our parts for first thing Monday morning. Best costumer service ever. This company deserves 100 stars and Timmy is an amazing man. You don’t meet people like this everyday. Thank you for all of your kindness and help! Anyone with Diesel problems come here. You will be very happy! They can fix anything that a dealership can fix. Top of the line business!!

They could improve by actually fixing the problem with my husband's truck's engine and not breaking the shifter. And then actually be grown adults about it and admit to breaking the shifter. And then do not charge $300 for a used shifter. Apparently your "Volvo specialist" needs to go back to school. Only thing good about this place is Larry the Bulldog. Read the review again. My HUSBAND took the truck into your "repair" shop. Told you on the phone that it was an D16. Then told you again upon arrival that is was a D16. I have left 5 star reviews when the business actually deserves to be rated at that. Then your mechanic had a temper tantrum because he is not know how to work on a D16. The truck is running worse than before he brought it to the shop November 23, 2021. This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star review. So before you try to shame me, get your act together.

New place, great service, professional people, will see how they maintain their shop bays nice and clean after every service they're do on units, if breakdown on I75 or I40 near Knoxville, TN, tow to this place or drive here, better than TA and Others. Parking for trailer drop provided, nice driver's longue, free coffee. Good job done in my truck's water pump. Keep up folks.

Breaker 19 Truckers, Knoxville Diesel is the best. Located at crossroads of I-40 and I-75 with easy on and off the highways near major truck stops for your accommodations. Do your truck a favor. Go see for yourself. ....and right when I though I was out of business after being told by a major freightliner dealership in Virginia that I have lost my Detroit DD15 engine, with repairs estimates that would linger at around minimum of 20k to fix it, I left and headed back home to Knoxville TN to take my truck to Knoxville Diesel. When I got there, John the Owner, Master techs Johnny and Marcus, his lovely wife and daughters and the service writer all together welcomed me so warmly. They were kind, professional and RESPECTFUL. John told me to go home and relax and not to worry. They told me they have my back and they kept their WORD and in our industry, few keep their word. John the owner is still a trucker and he knows what you are going through. He knows our struggles. So go see them. They did not bankrupt me with my final repair bill. I was happy and blessed to finding a new home to fix my truck from now on. Not all heroes wear capes. They saved me. Truckers are you listening? I was falling and they rushed to rescue me. Knoxville Diesel is a top notch repair shop. They do it all. From alignment to rebuilding, PM to complete computer diagnostics and Emissions repairs. Truckers, I told you everything i witnessed and it's now up to you to make the move and take your baby to Knoxville Diesel for some serious truck care. So long and stay safe.

Very prompt and professional. My truck was at the TA on Lovell Rd and would not go into gear. I spoke to Tammy in service and she told me the tech would be there Monday n 30 minutes he actually got there in 20. The repairs became much larger than hoped so the truck was towed to there shop. And repairs began immediately. The repairs were done in a very timely manner I it wasn't for waiting on parts from outside vendors if if would of been done in 2 days never met any of the staff as my driver dropped the truck off and picked it back up. But I spent an abundance of time on the phone with Tammy in service. She is a very well spoken and intelligent about her job !! it's nice to be spoken to in a professional manner.... Something most owners are not acustome too. Thank you to Tammy and the whole staff at Knoxville diesel for making a bad situation as easy as possible !!
