Absolutely amazing experience!! We were stranded late this Sunday on the side of the highway and Aaron came after hours to come and get us, take my car, was very respectful and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Stopped in here just out of curiosity because it was close to the house. David was really kind and welcoming. I never been here before and I’ve kind of skeptical of mechanics because they’re rip off artists. Been trying to do a lot of mechanical stuff myself. But I ran into something that was a little confusing and just had a question and he had me pop open the hood and tightened up a few things for no charge. The other shops I stopped at were trying to sell me things I didn’t need. They told me I needed fuel injectors cleaned (which is very involved.) turns out it was just the throttle body. They got me out of there in 20 minutes. While working on that the mechanic saw my fuse block was loose. This was another major problem I was having, and it was fixed in less than 30 seconds. Would strongly recommend these guys they’re awesome. David is a good man. He even called to check on me later in the day and they couldn’t have made much money. These are people that are investing in long term clients. Awesome shop. You’d be crazy To go anywhere else
David (Office Mgr) & Michael ( Senior Automotive Mechanic) are the very best people to repair your auto needs. While repairing my 2007 Escalade front end, Michael noticed that my differential was leaking fluid. They went ahead and replaced the seal which saved me thousands of $$$ in future repairs. That's a company that looks out for you in every way!
I've been using them for about 10 yrs now and I can't say enough how genuine and trustworthy they are!!!!

Really great company. Very patient, super kind. Even drove me over to the dennys to get breakfast while I waited on my car!! Very knowledgeable on their craft. Hopefully won’t have any more problems that require me to go back but they are my first choice!

I couldn't have asked for a better shop or better crew to fix my truck a big shout out to Chuck and his crew they did an awesome job I drove from Illinois and broke down in Knoxville the computer went in the truck so they worked very hard to find an issue with the truck especially for something that is electrical they work very hard Chuck and his crew are awesome people they keep you updated on everything I would highly highly highly recommend them and not any of the other shops in their area would take me in but GNA equipment they got right on it and had the truck fixed in 3 days also gave me a ride to the hotel and give me a ride to the airport so I can go back home in South Carolina to go back to work and continue my life I'll be coming to Knoxville this Saturday the pick up the truck I am so thankful for Chuck and his crew and GNA equipment they are awesome I would highly highly recommend them
they did the same to me. I was no longer allowed to enter their location and left the old parts and the truck outside after paying more than $ 3000 for a clutch change. For only claiming the price of the labor. Aaron took my truck from the Flying J to his shop and took it apart with the transmission on top of the chassis with a new clutch and flywheel cover as well. And for Labor and some supplies he charged me more than $ 3000 and kicked me off the property. 7 years ago and I could hardly defend myself because I spoke little English. A terrible experience that I will never forget. They have too much influence with the local authorities and they roam freely.
After reading the summary of opinions, I see that many agree that when you complain about something, the first thing they do is kick you out of the property. 7 years have passed and I do not forget what they did to me.
Had a grease cap break on our trailer. Petro sent us to this shop. Owner is friendly, honest and knowledgeable. The mechanics were conscientious and friendly. The work was performed quickly and I was back on the road quickly at a reasonable price.
Only wish this shop was in the ATL area where we live as I would use them regularly for our PM(s).
I can’t say enough great things about Aaron and his staff. I recently purchased a 12 ton wrecker from G&A and the experience was fantastic. Every aspect of the transaction went great and the finance company they work with, Credential Leasing, made it very easy to secure financing.

My family had a very positive experience in dealing with this company. The owners met them after hours on a Saturday to accommodate their drive from Ohio for the purchase of our first bucket truck. We would definitely recommend them and they’ll be first in mind for our next purchase.
worst experience ever,I'm adding to my review so people know what happened with us ,we called G and A for a repair to our trailer and they gave us a price and then we went their the looked at the trailer and they still matched the original price but after they start working on the trailer they said it will be higher ,so we called in to understand why and they simply refused to give us the breakdown of the invoice,the gentleman said and I quote "if you dont like it you can go wait in the truck stop and it will take 5 hours",we still said it is OK to go ahead and repair it ,we have it documented via texts ,they end up ignoring us after all and never said anything ,after 30 mins ,the driver called and said that they finished but clearly they just put everything back as it was before and then asked the driver to leave their location rudely.
I advise you to stay away from this company .

The owner came and towed my car from a restaurant after hours and fixed it quicker than I could have ever wished. He’s also a great Christian with respect for his customers. Now THAT’S what I call good customer service.

This company has amazing service. We had a driver with a cracked windshield, and within 2 hours of the initial call, driver was repaired and rolling again. Amazing customer service and fast ! We will DEFINITELY use them again.
We experienced a fire with the brakes in our motorhome. Aaron towed us to his facility, and Chuck and his crew went to work identifying and fixing the problem. Aaron provided us with a car for transportation until our coach was finished. We cannot say enough good things about this company. What started out being a traumatic experience ended up being a blessing thanks to Aaron and his crew.
We've bought several pieces of equipment from Aaron, and he and his people have always taken great care of us. I highly recommend them if you are looking to buy heavy equipment, or need repairs. Very reasonable prices, and love working with fellow Christians!
NEVER have i met someone so unprofessional in any line of work!!!!! Understanding car salesman's have to put up with a lot but by me asking a simple question and in return getting yelled at and cussed because he thinks we talked on the phone about it, is above unreal and uncalled for!!! I'm a Christian and a business owner and would never treat someone like that. My best advice is to stay away from this place.
I bought a bucket truck from Aaron over a year ago. the truck has served us well. They have worked on a couple things on this truck (very minor) and one other truck I have and have always been very respectful and honest. I will keep doing business with them.

I have taken many vehicles to G&A to be serviced for several years. I have never had an issue with any service, repair, or price in my dealings with them. In fact, the level of customer service I have received here is why I keep coming back. Aaron has gone out of his way to help me when needed, and has always been nothing but professional in our dealings. Having been a customer here for so long, I have a really hard time believing the negative review below, sounds like a case of taking out frustration on the wrong party to me.
