We founded Davis Service & Towing Center in 2006 after decades of prior experience in the auto service industry. When we first opened shop, we set out to become the go-to towing and recovery service provider in the region. Excellent service!! I had a tire blow out and luckily was able to make it to my house. My insurance company arranged for them to tow my car the next morning. Dispatch reached out to me immediately to get information and confirm arrival time. They were very nice and informative, great customer service. Dylan, the driver, messaged me first thing and was at my house shortly thereafter, even giving me updates as to the arrival time. They weren't joking when they told me he would be there right after he got in! The driver was polite and respectful of my property and vehicle. There were no issues with the tow or taking it to the desired location. This has been the most streamlined and less stressful towing experience I've had. 10/10 recommend!! Everyone I've worked with has been amazing. I will be definitely using them again in the future!!
Let me just say that these two young men Dylan and Brendon are amazing. They came really fast eta said 60-90 minutes they got there in about 25-30 minutes….when my car broke down on hwy 75 just at mile marker 115 just before Knoxville. Very polite and even took me by a gas station to go to the restroom before taking my car to Dalton Collision. I am very grateful for them as we were on our way home and I had my 7 month old granddaughter, my daughter and sister in the var also. 911 were also amazing as to take my sister, daughter and granddaughter somewhere safe.
I needed to schedule a tow for an unusual situation: I flew in from out-of-state just to sell my father's car, which needed towing because the registration was expired. It was crucial that everything went according to plan so that I could catch my flight back later that day. I am thankful that Davis Towing made it so easy. Friendly and professional, reasonable price, and reliable. Would definitely recommend.
