We had a blow out on I 40. Dylan picked us and our car up and took us where we needed to go, more than one place before we could find the tire we needed. Chris helped me when I needed a tow for my car, and I didn’t even have to stay with it, which was a huge relief since I had impatient kids with me. He responded quickly, was extremely friendly, and stayed professional and kind, even after I accidentally gave him the wrong address for my car (it had been a very long day for me ). I called him as soon as I realized, and he handled it so kindly.
He then continued to go above and beyond by letting me know when he picked up the car and even sent a photo to reassure me that everything was okay, both before and after dropping it off at my requesed place. With my nerves completely shot today, his calm and thoughtfulness was truly a blessing for me.
I’ve used several towing services in the past, but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I genuinely can’t recommend them enough!

Let me just say that these two young men Dylan and Brendon are amazing. They came really fast eta said 60-90 minutes they got there in about 25-30 minutes….when my car broke down on hwy 75 just at mile marker 115 just before Knoxville. Very polite and even took me by a gas station to go to the restroom before taking my car to Dalton Collision. I am very grateful for them as we were on our way home and I had my 7 month old granddaughter, my daughter and sister in the var also. 911 were also amazing as to take my sister, daughter and granddaughter somewhere safe.
If you are in need of roadside assistance (especially needing to tow your vehicle), odds are that you are not having a good day!
I was in that situation last night, and I couldn't be happier with how this company helped me out.
First, the dispatcher was really kind on the phone and HONEST! She first told me it may be up to two hours before they could help, and she invited me to call around in case I could find another company to help sooner.
Next, after I received a quote from another company, I called back to ask if the price I was given was fair. She offered a far more competitive quote and helped me troubleshoot a situation as the dealership I needed it dropped at did not have a night drop option.
Ryan was the driver who came to pick up the vehicle, and he was kind and helpful and awesome too!
So appreciative of their help and cannot recommend them enough if you find yourself in a pinch!
I called to have my car towed from Knoxville to Nashville today it was the easiest tow I’ve ever had! When I called they were there within the hour!! Chris was really friendly and gave me updates throughout the job!! Will be recommending to my friends and family!!

I hit a pot hole on 275 yesterday. Called AAA and Chris showed up 10 minutes later to tow me to the service center. He was so kind and efficient. Dispatch was also very kind and helpful and explained what the steps would be. This happened at 4:45pm and I still made it on time to the baseball game that started at 6pm! Highly recommend them!!

My experience with Davis Towing was awesome. I called AAA for roadside assistance and Davis was whom they contacted. They texted me the time frame they would be there and true to their word were on time. The driver they sent, Dylan, was on time ,patient and a true professional. He met me at the destination and expertly put my vehicle right where I wanted it. I look forward to using them again.
If you come to Knoxville or live here and have car trouble, I highly recommend Davis Service and Towing to get your car out. Dylan was able to carefully get my car out of the parking spot and loaded on the flatbed truck. He went out of his way to ensure careful handling of my car, including even temporarily lowering the sign hanging in the entrance (to UTK White Ave garage) to be sure there was room to leave the garage without damage to my car. He took video while loading and took photos before and after loading. Fantastic service!! I especially appreciate Dylan because another towing/wrecker company came and refused to even try and get my car out. Very positive experience. Although I hope I don't need them again, they will be first ones I call if I do need towing services.

I am deeply appalled by the unprofessional conduct of this company. My car was rear-ended, and the insurance company dispatched a towing service to tow it. Upon the drop-off, the towing service exhibited negligence in unloading the car. I witnessed my car slide off the tow bed, and one of the straps caught the side panel, resulting in $3,400 worth of damage. When I contacted their office, I was met with the most disrespectful employee I have ever encountered. Despite the clear photographs, the employee claimed that my car was already wrecked, even though it was in a completely undamaged area of my 2025 vehicle. They mentioned a signed waiver of liability, but I never received any mention or presentation of this document. Regardless, gross negligence supersedes any waiver of liability. I anticipate they will respond to this and attempt to justify their actions, but I would strongly recommend you do not use this company.
Had motorcycle problems about 30 minutes outside of Knoxville TN. AAA dispatched Davis service and towing center. The driver Chris contacted me and told me he was on his way and how long. Chris made sure my motorcycle was latched down so it wouldn't get damaged. Best of all he got me to dealership before they close. Chris was very nice to deal with, very personable and friendly which is nice when your not having a good day on a holiday. Thank you Chris I appreciate it.
I called Davis Towing tonight to pick up one of our vans that had been involved in an accident. Cindy was pleasant and professional and answered all of my questions. The driver that picked up our van, Chris, Let me know what was happening from before the actual pick up, to when our vehicle was finally delivered to its destination. Their customer service was top notch through the entire process.
