I would absolutely recommend these guys. Dylan winched my vehicle out of a very challenging situation where I nearly had two wheels over the edge of an embankment. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and did everything safely.
The tow company was contracted through AAA. The driver actually arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected. In approximately ten minutes or so, my vehicle was in transport. Dylan was courteous and kept me informed.
Dylan was very courteous and professional. I am very impressed with the extra equipment that he used to tow my car being that all tires were locked and would not rotate .

My car broke down on the side of the road after work. Even though it was busy, Dylan got there quickly and was very professional/friendly. This was the best towing experience I've had. I would recommend them to anyone needing a tow.
We used Davis Service and Towing through AAA. We had submitted a ticket for a car that would not start. Dylan called. Asked a few questions and gave me an ETA. Not only was he early but was so very helpful suggesting a point to start and where to go from there. Amazing service that was quick, competent and courteous. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Called them up and had a truck dispatched immediately. Dylan called me not more than 5 minutes later to give me his ETA of 20 minutes. He made it to my house before me and waited on me to clear the car out and refill the coolant. I was extremely satisfied with the 10/10 customer service. I got pictures once my car arrived to the shop and everything. You’re in good hands with these folks. Would call them again.
Dave's is wonderful. We had an odd situation.We had a vehicle stuck on a hill that was sliding. Made a quick phone call.They were here right away and took care of us with no problems. Fast friendly and wonderful to deal with. They helped us in a difficult situation and a stressful time. I would highly recommend days for all your towing needs.No matter what the situation
They towed my car to a completely different address than the one I had provided that was clearly listed on my receipt. When I called to explain this issue, I received no help in fixing the matter, and was hung up on. I was still charged for the incomplete service.
Dispatch person was friendly and straight forward, was able to get me a quote quickly that fit my insurance reimbursement budget!
Ryan was my tow truck driver and he got here fast, and was super friendly and courteous! He got my car to the shop expeditiously and forwarded me the receipt promptly!

While traveling for work and in a rental vehicle, we got a flat tire. Unfortunately, the rental had no spare or jack so we called the rental agency and they sent us a tow truck. We had to ride with him to get an exchange vehicle. Michael, with Davis towing, was professional, expeditious and extremely polite! The truck was in exceptional condition & Michael was so kind & took caution with everything he did. He actually waited at the airport to make sure we got a new rental prior to taking off to drop the rental car at the repair service center! He is definitely an asset for Davis towing! Thank you for taking a stressful situation & making it seem a lot less stressful. He was able to make his flight and it’s only because of Michael! God Bless!

Our drivers name was Michael and he was fantastic! He had just came from a call in Kentucky and got to our location in Tennessee faster than expected. He was nice, kept conversations with my bf who can talk a lot when he wants, which he did, and he told us the exact billing process stage by stage without looking at a phone or taking a breath. He also genuinely cares about your vehicle unlike most tow drivers he also said he actually enjoys his job. If you need a tow I’d highly recommend asking for him!
Michael was absolutely terrific! He got my car out of a sticky spot like a pro, and his professional persona stayed in tact even though many upset drivers were at their wits end. Many kudos!
Needed my car towed to a shop for an unexpected problem. I scheduled a pick up between 12 and 2 through AAA but Chris was able to get there extra early! He was very kind, courteous, professional and had a good sense of humor. He got both my car and myself to the shop lightning fast!

Charles is the man!! He knows how to treat your vehicle!!! I’ve had many tows and many tow truck drivers and he has been one of the gentlest with my car!! Great job! From the dispatcher to the driver and through completion these guys were great! Sadly I've had my fair share of breakdowns being a long time owner of classic cars and this place is A+++. Charles was our driver and he went above and beyond. Safety was well attended to and there was great communication and courtesy. A bummer breakdown turned into a great save!

If you come to Knoxville or live here and have car trouble, I highly recommend Davis Service and Towing to get your car out. Dylan was able to carefully get my car out of the parking spot and loaded on the flatbed truck. He went out of his way to ensure careful handling of my car, including even temporarily lowering the sign hanging in the entrance (to UTK White Ave garage) to be sure there was room to leave the garage without damage to my car. He took video while loading and took photos before and after loading. Fantastic service!! I especially appreciate Dylan because another towing/wrecker company came and refused to even try and get my car out. Very positive experience. Although I hope I don't need them again, they will be first ones I call if I do need towing services.
Let me just say that these two young men Dylan and Brendon are amazing. They came really fast eta said 60-90 minutes they got there in about 25-30 minutes….when my car broke down on hwy 75 just at mile marker 115 just before Knoxville. Very polite and even took me by a gas station to go to the restroom before taking my car to Dalton Collision. I am very grateful for them as we were on our way home and I had my 7 month old granddaughter, my daughter and sister in the var also. 911 were also amazing as to take my sister, daughter and granddaughter somewhere safe.
Davis Service and Towing did a great job getting our sports car that had a flat tire towed safely when no one else could even get into our neighborhood due to winter weather. Dylan and his partner took great care to make sure they got the car safely up on the truck without a scratch or dragging the pavement as it sits low to the ground. They were also quick to lend their arm to help after I injured myself and needed assistance walking. They were kind, polite, and communicated well. Class acts! I am highly pleased with them.
Chris and Austin are my heroes! The battery died on my 27+ year old Corvette, and they got the Vette started with a jump start. I was on my way to my local Chevrolet dealer, and before I got out of the neighborhood, my right rear tire lost air down to 9 pounds and I didn't have a spare tire with me. Chris and Austin were right behind me on their way and when I stopped, they pulled over to assist me again. They expertly and with great care put my Vette on the flatbed tow truck and in consideration for my safety, they waited with me a few more minutes until my 'rescue-ride' arrived. They took my Vette to the Chevrolet dealership and unloaded it, again with expertise and great care. Chris and Austin were professional, knowledgeable, and treated this old gray-haired lady and my car with great care and respect. Thank you, Chris and Austin, you made Friday the 13th a day to be thankful for men like you!
Had motorcycle problems about 30 minutes outside of Knoxville TN. AAA dispatched Davis service and towing center. The driver Chris contacted me and told me he was on his way and how long. Chris made sure my motorcycle was latched down so it wouldn't get damaged. Best of all he got me to dealership before they close. Chris was very nice to deal with, very personable and friendly which is nice when your not having a good day on a holiday. Thank you Chris I appreciate it.

Our vehicle was accidentally backed through our fence and was stuck on several items that were on the inside of the fence. The staff that came to help us really came to our rescue. Try we were prompt and polite and worked quickly and efficiently! We were lucky to have minimum damage and we appreciate their services very much! I would definitely call them again if I’m ever in need of their services and I would highly recommend them!
