Last night I slid on ice at the start of a snowstorm and blew out both passenger-side tires on my vehicle. I was in full panic mode — I had all four of my kids in the car, a week’s worth of groceries in the back, temperatures dropping fast, and snow coming down harder by the minute.
I called FTN City Wrecker Service honestly not expecting much help because of the weather and assuming it would be hours before anyone could get to me. Instead, Lisa answered the phone and was truly an answered prayer. She calmly told me she’d get someone to me as quickly as possible.
Within minutes, Dustin called to confirm my location and told me he’d be there in 20 minutes — and he arrived in exactly 20 minutes.
From the moment he stepped out of the truck, Dustin was kind, patient, and incredibly careful. I had just put new wheels and tires on my vehicle, and even though both tires were completely destroyed, he went above and beyond to make sure no additional damage was done. He was extremely cautious while gently moving my vehicle to load it onto the flatbed and took great care securing it.
He towed my car to the service center after hours and knew exactly where to unload and secure it safely.
When I called Lisa back to pay, I literally cried when she told me the price. I fully expected it to be hundreds of dollars given the weather, timing, and condition of my vehicle. Instead, they charged me what I would have tipped the driver. When I tried to tip Dustin anyway, he absolutely refused to take it.
Lisa and Dustin were bright lights on a very dark, overwhelming night. They brought me peace when I desperately needed it and delivered service far beyond my expectations.

After using Fountain City towing to tow my vehicle they damaged it getting it off the roll back. Tore my front-end off and damaged my caliper. Remaining bolts broke. He doesn't understand what would have been different if he would have used a tow truck with dollies under the rear. Tow didn't break my truck. Driving it on 2 loose lug nuts did. Wouldn't have had to drive it if it was upon a tow truck
Accepts no liability even though the suv was on his rollback being driven by his employee. Pay the extra 25 dollars and use Clinton Hwy. Should have used dollies and a tow truck. Lesson learned
Dustin from fountain city towing came and got me out of a pinch when the clutch went out in my truck. Super professional and friendly, and definitely affordable. 11/10 will be calling them again if I have a problem.

Needed them Monday evening and the service was excellent and my man Dustin went above the call of duty to help me with my truck cause my hub almost came off but he was real careful with it and we made it to the drop-off point without it coming off when he got it there and I highly recommend him ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Dustin was absolutely amazing. He towed my truck home due to a failed starter. My driveway was a little challenging for the tow truck because it’s on a hill, but Dustin went out of his way to make it work and not only did he get the truck in my driveway, he put it in my garage! Amazing service, fast and easy to work with, ask for Dustin, he helped me right away and was very kind and helpful, definitely recommend if you get stuck on the side of the road they are there to help and the caller operator I didn’t catch her name but she was so sweet and kind and she called me to make sure that they where on there way / kept me updated to when the driver was close by.
If you manage to let your AAA expire as I did, give Chad at fountain city wrecker a call and they will get you out of any tough situation, or at least they did for me. Left the truck in neutral and it rolled down the hill into a massive mud pit. No damages but was totally stuck. Chad and his guys were there in an hour and I was on the road 10 minutes later. Amazing service and will definitely use again when needed.

Chad and his team at fountain city are wrecker are amazing. I had a wreck a few months ago and called Chad in the middle of the night to come help me get my vehicle out of an embankment that had hit a tree. He said as right there so fast to assist me all the way through. It didn’t just stop at just making a check to tow my vehicle but he checked in on me multiple times to make sure I was feeling okay and didn’t need anytime.

The driver was so patient and careful with our Acura. Our 5 year old got a huge kick out of the rollback and the driver talked to him about what he was doing and how it worked. He was so kind and we are incredibly grateful. The man who answered the phone was great, too. He answered all my questions. Thank you!
Absolutely terrible customer service! Completely rude and inaccurate with time. I will be using a different company next time. Not to mention the driver was also being incredibly rude to other drivers on the road, tailgating, honking, flipping people off. Would not recommend. Would give 0 stars if possible.
One of their drivers merged on top of me and when I blew my horn to let him know that he had cut me off he proceeded to brake check me for the next half mile. Had no regard to his own safety or anyone else around. Will never be calling them for help.
They seemed nice but totally screwed me up and charged me full price. Called in at 5pm to get a tow and was told they would get the car within an hour or so… i was then called back at 8 pm to say they didn’t have anyone to come get it now and that my car would have to stay there over night. I had to call all the businesses to make sure that was ok and then call my auto shop who was expecting the car when they opened today. The lady told me they would get my car at 8am, then I had to call them at 9 am to get them to go get it still because the auto shop had already opened… now hours later I’m still waiting at auto shop and my car isn’t being worked on because they had five other cars show up BEFORE MINE DID because the towing place took so long. So now a full day later and my car still hasn’t even been looked at… thanks for screwing me up Fountain city wrecker.
The staff here is always so friendly. I hate that I have had to go there so many times over the years. But they are pretty great people. Everyone I have ever had to talk to on the phone or in person and even the drivers. Keep up the great work and I will definitely keep using you when a tow is needed or when in a wreck. RIP to my son's Impala.

The driver they dispatched was very patient. We had alot of trouble disconnecting the driveline and disengaging the emergency brakes (no air on the truck) and the recovery was in a very tight spot while traffic wouldn't move over. He never lost his cool once and when we got where we were going he backed my truck up a long hill straight to where I wanted to drop it. Also alot more affordable than I predicted it'd be for a rig this size.

Using Fountain City Wrecker Service, Inc was a great experience. Jeremy was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my car and I got where we needed to go. Service was timely and rates were reasonable. I highly recommend them if you ever need a tow.
These guys were recommended by the shop I had to have my car towed to and they were great! Both the guy on the phone and the guy who came out were friendly and polite. They were there within an hour (even though I told them no rush). The guy who loaded my Subaru onto the flatbed was extra cautious because it was raining. I think his name tag staid Stacy. We called every wrecker in East Tn to help us get our camper up to our new property and every last one of them (including a man with a bulldozer) told us they were scared or just didn’t think they could do it (easily an 85 degree angle) ; BUT, BOY DID CHRIS SHOW UP TO THE RESCUE! He told us he wasn’t leaving until he got it up- an hour and an half drive- one way, and 6 hours later, after working over night, he got the job done. My family and I are so grateful to him and Fountain City Wrecker service. From the super sweet woman answering the phones, who made the effort to communicate with us (we never got her name), to Chris saving the day, we cannot recommend FCWS enough. You guys are literally the best. Thank you, so, so much for helping our family.
